A typical day at work is both busy and quiet. What i learnt from this job is customer service has been improved by asking what the customer wants and needs; learning different types of products; my co-workers are very helpful at all times; the most hard part job is that going inside a cold fridge and re stocking drinks while wearing shorts and a t-shirt; however the most part that i loved is that is making new friends with local people around that area .

A typical day of work involved mainly manning the cashier, while also cleaning the store, as well as restocking shelves & fridges. It was difficult to keep up with what the specials were, and to keep track of the security footage,but the management was very hands-on, diligent to make sure the store ran smoothly.

At Ezymart, while there is much about this job that I like, I felt that a long-term career is possible. I realize the company fairly compensate for the work I perform, and given the authority to make the decisions necessary to do job to the best of my ability. I believe me and my fellow associates were treated nicely by management. Fortunately, I was the part of those who work at Ezymart.

They dont care about the worker is tired and dont understand the circumstances specially for students , they think workers are machines , sometimes they dont even give some time break between the shifts , they dont even have a fixed roaster for workers , they call us when ever they want.

excellent work place and fun to work with such a team. I had an overall responsibility for number of stores in an allocated area; I was responsible for staff and worked closely with other senior managers and department managers.

Poor management. They always ripped off the staff. Salary structure is poor. No learning and development opportunities here. Those who need cash salary they only interested to work here. 

Working with EzyMart has been a pleasure. Progression opportunities are limited. However, the owners/ managers are very supportive. Sharing knowledge, experience and industry information is essential in EzyMart.

They pay low salary under legal salary, even they reduce it. You never get a raise and they want you work more 6-8 hours without break. It is the same salary weeks, weekends and public holidays. 

it is always something new to learn and aly learned knowledge in actual while working. staff is friendly which makes the work a lot more fun and easier.

They provide a good tools to work and the place is safety, the time is flexible and I can develop my work goodly.
Staffs and boss are reliable and it makes a good workplace.
