The initial interviews and screening is quite professional. They promote a ‘participant first’ approach when supporting the participants with a disability however once starting it is clear that there is no support provided for clients outside of what is the bare minimum. When asking house managers for additional support, it is met with false promises and ‘their funding cannot provide that’ excuses. Workers were encouraged to lie when writing NDIS reports, exaggerating client behaviour in order to maintain their funding, while physical outbursts were regularly encouraged to provide examples of the ‘high risk’ nature of the participants. Many participants noticeably had a decline in their mental and physical health while access to the community was continually reduced because of ‘funding’ Perhaps if they didn’t place their participants in remote locations this wouldn’t be such an issue. Evolution Support Services is clearly riding the NDIS funding train for a short time, not a long time. The client, guardian and employee complaints will catch-up with them eventually. 

This is a great job if you like to work with people who lay around doing nothing for the clients and even falling asleep on shift. Management are incompetent and lead with scare tactics and bullying. If you complain of stress you will be ignored and fired. Clients have high level challenging behaviours and you do not receive support when needed. If they need you to do extra hours and you turn them down you will receive calls from upper management to scare you into taking them by saying things like, "what is so important that you cant help us out?".

This is the company you get when you order one on Wish. If it was a tinder date it’d be a catfish. The only good thing is the free coffee and leaving at the end of the day. Managers couldn’t manage their way out of a wet paper bag. The company cares about its participants and workers but not a whole lot. Front page headline in the making when their dodgy bros corner cutting catches up with them. Would not recommend. One star is generous. Run, don’t walk.

Poor Management- Appears to be uneducated in community Services - minimal skills set within management, leading to poor culture.
Little to no support for front line workers.
All about being a for profit organisation.
Restrictive practices being misused - NDIS often investigating Staff for using aggressive behaviours within restrictive practices.
A place to avoid if possible 

Very toxic
Under qualified staff and management 
House coordinators offer no support
High turn over of staff due to no support from house coordinators 
Rostering are extremely rude and will take shifts off you if you don’t come in the last minute 
No work life balance 
Upper management are bully’s 
Clients are provoked for incidents
You get told to lie in reports 


Pay was great 
Great bunch of people, staff and management. 
They did not provide enough hours and shifts to survive. I felt like they only gave me shifts when it benefited them. 

Great place to work, manager is incredible, very supportive in all situations. Pay is okay, company is very interested in helping me to achieve my goals.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! amazing support from all aspects and the culture of this company is unbeatable! Would recommend to anyone!  

good place to work management and support staff communication could be improved. more over the quality of staff for the job you have to do should be looked in to more

Management are bullies, absolutely no support, wouldn’t even give this place a star but I had to. Wouldn’t recommend working here. It’s a toxic culture working here.
