My starting point in car rental, so steep learning curve however, information was readily available. Limited in locations serviced however, this has dramatically improved. Great staff to work with and being able to work independently. Workplace culture was good. Hardest part of job was the limited locations throughout Australia.

Not a good company, no work/life balance at all. Don't get anything from it, very hard to progress and overall not good. 
If you can't deal with people this isn't the job for you. 
Management are hard to get ahold of, they don't do anything for you, they don't help you and staff who you are working with all hate their jobs as well. NOT the job to be in if you can't be around negative people all the time.

No chance for role progression, management was good two years ago but staff very quickly move on, new management is very toxic and over bearing never pleased. Just rushed around and talked down to for low salary not worth the drama or stress find your self a better job out there

My carrier is all in Greece. I started with europcar as station manager. Moved to sixt and afterwards to thrifty. Finally I went to hertz which is the biggest car rental company in Greece. I was always in a managing position.

Allowed me to interact in a structured business environment with highly interactive customer based environment allowing me to learn about the data systems and management systems employed by car rental companies.

The job is not so stressful. It's just a matter of proper organisation which is most of the time to have a planning of a day or two ahead.Once the setup is set it's all about customer requests problem solving of any of their difficulties with our product.

Very much a boys club  if your not in the club don’t expect anything  I was expected back at work 1 week after my sister passed away which In turn 2 months after my dad passed away  horrible money  no support  managers at state office just don’t care

Very good company to work for from a professional point of view and learning curves increase very quickly. Learnt then international documentation and reporting processes and sales augmentation techniques.

Very results oriented and fast pace. I learnt how to think of solutions on the spot. Management can be hard to please and does not support front line staff.
