working as a tax agent learned more advanced techniques how to deal with different group of people, attending phone calls with clients and with ATO. Working with a multicultural background people which develop to learn new things and share new ideas. The hardest past is to convince those client who do not understand the accounts terminology and to make them understand in the most appropriate way.

The time when there are 3 customers waiting for answers which needs to be consulted with team leader, so understanding the worried customer and explaining it to the team leader, in a specific time use to become frustrating at times. But the charm of team leaders and the environment of the office didn't made it look like a hassle.

-Communicate effectively with clients and manage issues arising with such clients
-Fast pased work environemnt, good for learning.

The working environment is friendly. But they hire graduates only during the tax season which is only for 2 to 3 months. However, I believe it is a great place to work and learn about the tax and you can improve your skills. It is a good opportunity for fresh graduates.

The actual time spent was one to remember with very supportive and friendly team leaders and fellow colleagues but there is no job security what so ever and management in respect to rostering was also up to the mark with a lot of confusions

It was good to gain some knowledge about tax and as a graduate good short term place to work while looking for alternative job. Some staff may be reserved and stiff as you are new to that organisation.

I really enjoyed my time with Etax Accountants. The pay was good and the job had enough variety to keep me occupied and interested. Some of the staff there were very cliquey but that to be expected when you come in as a casual into a office of full time employees

The company has a professional workplace with friendly colleagues and supportive managers. During the tax season, graduates will learn how to deal with a fast pace and a high volume workload while maintaining targets performance.

This job is more like a customer service than the graduate accountant, not a good place to get on hand with tax or accounting practice. fixed salary of $24 no matter overtime or during the weekend.

Great team leaders to assist graduates in basic individual tax return and customer service support. Worked with people from diverse cultures with no discrimination. Great workplace cultures!
