What is the best part of working at the company?
Most of the job at ElGAS   run by sub contractor. You job depend relevant contractor policy. My experience while I work with Elgas administration was very good & helpful.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Why does sub contraction brech the Elgas company safety & working. Condition to maximise their profits.

Good & friendly with Elgas adminstration 
& There work & safety policy implementation.

If you can focus & do your work in accordance with company policy 
It's good & friendly work force & administration. You can submit your new 
Idea improvement the company health & safety overall productivity.

Typical day at work, was busy and interactive which I loved! Loved dealing with people and loved implementing systems that worked smoothly as there were no systems in place.  Great support from other call centres across the country.
Most enjoyable part of the job was dealing with people and being able to provide great customer service, being confident in my job, having a vast variety of tasks and interstate travel. 

Sadly, the Manager is inconsistent with poor management skills and high turn over of staff, which made going to work very stressful.

Overall loved the job.

The Dandenong South office had very low staff morale, not a great workplace culture, being at the location it is, there was nothing to do at lunch time but eat at your desk.
The hardest part of the job was trying to enjoy the environment while the most enjoyable part was actually leaving at the end of the day. In saying this, I would consider working at a different office location

Company related with the production of bottle of gases (GPL). The activities consist in filling bottles of gases, scratching the surface of the bottle and then, painting them again and packaging in cages. The cages then, are delivered to the customers. All these activities required to lift the bottles which means that the job was very physical demanding.

Very clicky & if you're not liked by your manager then you will be treated like rubbish until you leave !
Prices keep going up every month which results in lots of customer complaints  
Phone system does not work well, customers on hold for 45 minutes or more at times.
Lazy management & no support

Work is on-going , there are busy days, most of the time re-filling cylinders all day, We work safely & don't take risks, Management is good in this little gas company. Co-workers are easy going & helpful, work is easy to do, I enjoy all type of work in this job from filling & testing cylinders.

elgas was  quite enjoyable meeting new people everyday 

i learnt proper lifting techniques and WH&S practises 

management was understanding and joyful

hardest part was loading the truck 

enjoyable part was visiting different areas of sydney

Must always be alert when handling gas bottles loading/unloading (safety). Great people to work with at the warehouse and also at drop off points. Always extra work in the weekend when it's busy.

Make good friends and yes can’t lie it’s good if u are looking for part time casual or even full time good place to work I recommend it highly the only problem is job is hard but once u learn u can fly
