As a Case team Officer I had to ensuret hat the work program of all team members are well coordinated and effectively executed. The need to respond to telephone inquiries with patience and understanding, particularly when it involved issues of an emotional nature has always been recognised. I have the ability to react and act quickly and and confidentially during high pressured tasks assigned to me and also assist the staff during these times. I have learned the art of working as a team player because this is crucial to the success of any undertaking of the jobs. I am resourceful and endeavour to use all available resources and equipment including computers, to meet tight time schedules and deadlines. I find that I am able to deal with sensitive problems efficiently and tactfully through effective interpersonal communication skills.

Working on the new accounting standard AASB16, writing policy and procedures, presenting deep dives with line areas was a very rewarding position. 

Was contracting at the time and had to stand down until I had my formal security clearance, which I now have.

I have been working with TIS national since 2010. Although I do enjoy my work the salary is very small. It can not meet my needs. I need a company where I can work full time. I have acquired effective communication skills and how to communicate with people of different background.

This was an absolute great department to work for. Great diverse of people and culture and great work ethics. I would highly recommend anyone to work with this department. If I hadn’t moved interstate, I would have still been working for this department.

A very large department which has all the worst elements of other departments. This department is winning the race to the bottom in respect to promoting any kind of thought outside the box.

Productive work place with perfect work life balance. During my 2 years employment at this department, I had the chance of diverse team with perfect collaboration.

Commonwealth Government department, which I enjoyed working with. However I am at the stage when I would enjoy new challenges.
