This place is unbelievable. First day everyone is nice to you. But after working for few days you realise they don’t care about staff. They don’t have a good managers, very disorganised place. Everyday your shift is changed, they get confused with orders and sometimes forget to give you the right order. They change your route without letting you know, they don’t pay you well. And if you don’t ask for your payment they might forget and never pay you. There is no dates and amount note in the envelope they give with cash payment. You just have to trust them and accept. I left the work and took me over a month get my final payment. A job which should be easy, started to be very stressful. 

A disgraceful place to work where they didn't care about things like nut allergies you would constantly have to deal with hair in the food nuts in cupcakes that shouldn't have nuts because they weren't packed correctly at the head office. They tried not to pay our super and when that became an issue I got fired so yeah I stood up for all the young people who were working their first jobs and I was older so I knew better. They constantly disrespect you they don't actually trust you as a worker the really terrible terrible experience. The only saving point the people that iwork with with freaking amazing.

Like with any hospo job, there's always up and downs but that has more to do with customers and who your on shift with. Customers were generally friendly though, for most of my team this was their first job so they were mostly young and the job in essence was really easy. The managers were supportive enough, the boss always made time to have a chat and give me some tips on how to make coffee. I found it really fun and it fit into my schedule. Would recommend.

Can’t say too many people can walk away from this company and say they enjoyed working here. The owner will treat you with no respect, as that is how he thinks respect is earned. Management are just puppets that will please him for a pay rise ! The FOH job is easy, and enjoyable if you get to work alongside someone. You’ll be the one to cop angry customers for things out of your control, but dw, someone will come hours later and not say thank you for dealing with the backlash.

When you start the boss and kitchen employees seem nice, doesn't take long though to see their true back stabbing culture! Sacked workers for no official reason

When covid19 hit boss stated "I'm not comfortable with people getting paid to sit down at home" his solution was to sack employees 

The culture is terrible with people complaining about each other constantly, and they all do this behind people's back

A professional group of people working towards a common goal: Introducing our beautiful & delicious cupcakes to more people. Tasks are challenging but fulfilling, and I've learnt a lot practical knowledge from the team. The work culture is productive but fun, and it never gets boring here.

Back Of the House in Footscray is VERY disorganized, employees lazy and take advantage of you and also bossing you around.  Little money for a lot of work.  I would never recommend this place to anyone.  The good part is just making the cupcakes.  They are very cute.  But the place is toxic and also toxic people. Run away from this place.

Best  place to work in middle of Melbourne city. we were selling best cup cakes to all over the Melbourne. young and  fun working environment. it is a work place that gives you opportunities to grow

Friendly staff, good communication between staff and managers, learned how to make quality coffee, meet and serve great customers, overall fun and rewarding job

I loved the work life balance and how i could cook on certain days and have a day off. I did not really like the management though. This is a great place to work and definitely recommend.
