Crust Pizza

The communication between management, was poor. There was not a consistent set pay, it was always up and down. My co-workers were friendly, motivated, and enthusiastic. Crust Pizza itself, had no structure. People were doing whatever they wanted, basically. The hardest part of the job was the fact that I had not been taught or shown how to do the cash register, cash handling, and eftpos. Therefore, as a result, I was unable to serve. The best part was that I was a pizza maker and I was very passionate, fast, motivated, enthusiastic, and focused on providing enjoyable food to the customers. A lot of what I had learned, I had learned myself, without any training. So I felt that considering I was not provided with training, I had made many accomplishments, by using/taking my own initiative to learn and teach myself.

Working at Crust was my first job, they didn't tax me since I didn't sign any contract, my experience there was good. I got excepted for an interview, they told me that my role was to put dough through a machine, and occasionally to grab more dough from the fridge to load into the machine, overall it's very straightforward and simple, I recommend it as a first job and they pay well (above minimum wage for someone under 16). A typical day at work for me (I'm only rostered for fridays from 5pm to 8pm ) I arrive their a bit before 5, I grab the dough I need, I then go to my station where the pizza base machine is, I then spend the rest of my shift making pizza bases for my co-workers to flatten out, and I make cheesy crusts which is my favourite part . I take the occasional phone calls when i'm not busy or around closing.

A typical day at work would include everyone working their specific roles and working hard when necessary. When it gets quiet, that's when we all have a bit of a laugh and some chatter. However, the manager knows where to draw the line when the work environment is transforming into a social gathering. My co-workers are fun (most of them), though some of them are a bit full on and can be quite annoying. The "hardest" part of the job (I wouldn't call it hard) would have to be cleaning up the shop. The most enjoyable part of the job would be driving from house to house delivering the pizzas.

The ideal first job for any young teen like myself. Very good service, co-workers and managers are extremely nice. Always have a friendly face and want you to work your best always to live up to your full potential. Hardest part of the job would have to be on Friday and Saturday nights where it tends to get very busy. The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing peoples reactions when they watch their pizza being made by us, and even when they receive it. The management is great, wonderful workplace to work in.

A typical day at work involved starting at 5:30 or 6 and taking phone calls, making customers happy, restocking, making bases for the pizzas, dealing with customer complaints and making pizzas as well as ensuring the drivers know where they were going. 
The hourly rate was not beneficial, some of the co-workers were good to work with as they had a sense of humour and spoke english well. The most enjoyable part of the job is remembering regular customer orders which allows the customers to feel special and important.

a typical day starts with hard work. Refilling everything making pizza base and all. But the best part is many people work there, you learn how to make the customer happy as well how to run such busy business that too in profit. The toughest part comes when too many order comes and everybody starts running to complete the order in time. But the business is the best part to enjoy.

Great place with lovely people. training was adequate with a little banter to create great team spirit. however, many alternating employees with multiple regulars. difficult to make 'regular' unless holding a beneficial qualification or experience. overall great place, would reccomend

•	Completed order forms and collected payments from customers.
•	Monitored inventory and promptly reported items that needed to be reordered
•	Followed recipes and customer request details to prepare high-quality, delicious meals

This job required me to handle customer calls and taking order from them and preparing their order. The work environment was great with friendly staff and a great management, that helped whenever someone needed help.
