Every day is different  as crew you work

Has recently gone through a management restructure.  Work is erratic and they hire as a casual employer only.  The work is great but the regularity is not.  People are always nervous because assignments apparently are tinged with personal preference.  I like the work but the politics are a bit scary.

Was a great company to work for untill the current management took over the company in 2016,No management or comunication skill with a bullying management style do not pay the correct wage do the using the wrong award.had no choice but to leave for greener pastures.

Great industry to work in, however this company has a very unorganised and favouritized approach when it comes to job allocations. There is no reliability of hours, you could go from working 60 hours one week to only 25 the next.

Loved the people and fellow colleagues. At times over was good. Experience into construction industry was good. I received good training in first aid, traffic control here as  I got my advanced ticket and how to run quite substantial jobs

I love every aspect of the job. But this company is ran poorly. There is an aspect to which if you’re not a yes person then you want last. If your face doesn’t fit you’ll be pushed out the door 

worked for a bit and realised they don’t care about their workers. get there on time and they want you there 15mins early but they won’t pay you for those 15mins.
