Hours of work are good with OT available on some weekends. The pay is ordinary at best and with their infrastructure  EBA, don’t expect a pay rise due to the way they’re run. Much better companies out their who offer better career opportunities with management who actually know their job. Since they control a large majority of civil works in new estates they don’t allow their  workers too to be paid according to the work you do. 

Do not sign into their infrastructure EBA, only agree to their Gas Maintenace EBA. No money in Comdain civil, only Gas Maintenance. Management of civil is a laughing stock.

There is a true clique mentality at this company; They are way too self absorbed and about their wealth and possessions they will forget to look after their employees.

They promise newcomers traineeships yet offer them none of the sort and abuse them as being dumb instead of just unfamiliar with the job. They are too embed with power and status that they conspire to get rid of innocent and ethical workers.

pick up job in morning drive to job investigate where gas leak is find it and repair the leak to safety standards. dealing with customers and safety guide lines. management more than happy to help you out in any situation or problem that arose. hardest part of job working in the sun on 35 deg day on an escape with all safety gear on.working with all the guys having a bit of a laugh.

Great company, technology, benefits and a friendly and supportive team environment. There are also many opportunities, where you can find different and challenging projects to work on.

Working alongside a group of like-minded individuals makes a typical work day go much smoother. There is a good mix of hard work and social life; I enjoy getting to be a part of developing Australia's infrastructure.
