The workload is quite significant often requiring long hours to achieve tight deadlines. The position also requires extensive travel both interstate and overseas.
The business is reasonably well managed given the circumstances however the demands on the management team are quite high and 
the business culture is essentially based around performance.
I greatly enjoy the interaction with major customers but struggle at times with the excessive travel and tight deadlines.

Prior years of poor quality product and lack of focus on the customer led to years of sales and profit decreases. I was able to turn that around and grow the business and return to profitability. However, the owner was not interested in long term growth and once the company returned to profit, the company was sold to competitors.

Everyone is busy here but still have twice coffee time in a day. Communication is a must, particularly dealing with customers and internal organisation employees.Regular tasks are on top of that. And, have to be flexible with work arrangement.

Have never worked for such a dishonest company. Their short cuts and pressure put on staff was disgusting. Forever pulling knives out my back, Management would have to be the most shonky people on this earth.

Casual office environment although very fast paced and requires exceptional multi tasking and organisation skills.  Fun but stressful environment, rewarding to be able to help customers with their needs

A company with a good product and potential to expand but caught up with internal politics. Too many chiefs not enough Indians. Training was very poor despite promises of improvement. No chance of promotion.

Was only working here as a temp for a short time processing orders and dealing with Customers via phone/fax.

My co-workers were very supportive and always willing to explain things if I had a question

I have learned to assemble a cooling and heating system, packing final products for delivery and very enjoyable to work in a fast pace environment which I have experienced production work .

Excellent work culture, great timing, working with team or no any other issues. Some hard work but do not worry team leader will change after while. Fun to work.

Devoed when made redundant. Got to learn new skills and basically was chucked in the deep end. I ran the national call centre as a spare parts interpreter.
