Clients are the only reason to stay. Management are hopelessly incompetent, too young for the management positions they hold. Many in over their heads. Have no idea how to run a company when under pressure. If there was a mixture of more mature management it may have been a better outcome for the company, however now the company is simply failing across the board. No team work, one department has no idea what the other is doing. CEO makes random announcements to staff with absolutely no follow-up information. These young and inexperienced people are bringing about the end of a once functional company. If companies had been willing to give their staff pay rises instead of profiteering from the government, they may have amassed enough staff to provide services to ALL their clients rather Claro recently decided to cease services for domestic assistance for the elderly. An email sent to staff on a Friday, vague and sparse on details, nearly a week later no one has any idea what is going on. No thought beyond the announcement, a very inexperienced decision with no thought for what comes next for clients and staff. Therefore Clients have no idea, support workers have no idea. Office staff scrambling. Last audit was a disgrace, not compliment in nearly every field. This is the company you're considering.....

Team work good communication and interaction with Clio and workers 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When you are finished but staying back to cover shifts or on your day offs you are called in to work 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Likely good but you don’t trust anyone 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
When you rostered with a particular client and arrived at work the boss asked to looked after another client because it was short of staff

Claro is not a place to work if you want to advance in your career or have experience in disability sector.  The management is not organised and equipped with the right knowledge to pass into their staff.
The company is not organised because they mostly operate via phone calls, email and team video. No diversity in work place and most staff aren’t friendly, poor work ethics and management can’t get rude of staff whenever they want.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Very good company. I've been working for them for almlst 3 years now. They have good pay.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Sometimes management change people.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
People that worked with are very nice people.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Assist people with Disability with their adls.

Toxic senior management who care a stuff about their loyal employees. They will resort to dirty tactics if they don’t need you and want to get rid of you to avoid the stigma of unfair dismissal or paying severances. They got rid of many employees in this way. Stay away from this company as they don’t care about you. They will dispense if you as and when they see fit.

Working in the age care and disability sector has it's challenges but being a part of this industry and working for Claro makes the experience rewarding and worth it. The team is experienced and the managers are supportive. Great working environment. Challenges would be with clients but that is what comes with the industry. 

Unorganised, lack of communication, poor management and HR. 
Low pay rates compared to others.
High stress with no support and minimal training, while trying to resolve issues that the elderly and disabled community need resolving.
Upper management makes changes within the company that are at a detriment to clients and staff.

I feel very lucky to be a part of Claro team. My Job is very flexible. I can work from home 3 days a week which not only save my time and fuel driving to work but also give me extra time to sleep in which is everyone's dream.

Claro is a collaborative, caring company that cares about their clients and providing the best quality care and compassion to their clients. They have wide access to training and are open to many backgrounds and specialities.

Claro has a really supportive and friendly culture and would recommend to others to work here. 
The business has been flexible so that i can fit my family life in with working.  I have also really enjoyed working with my clients
