The type of work that I was offered was varied and usually well paid. Some employers were not so adaptable to having a contractor, new on the job, thinking that you know nothing. Then, you make them take notice and they usually ask, where have you been ?.

Doing various duties and driving different machines
learn't to load scrap metal on trucks
got on well with management
and with my co-workers
assessing the weight of metal on trucks for the weighbridge
meeting different people

One of the more dodgy companies in the recruitment market. Very deceptive and dishonest. Will tell you blatant lies and you will have to fight to get paid correctly
They do discriminate against white males and older people.

I have found this company to be helpful and supportive along with excellent employment opportunities. They conduct themselves in a very professional manner with a very high regard for safety!

if you are a good contractor and accept your assignments regular,
you are placedon the priority list and you get the first contact for longterm assignments.

Good work mates i worked with that all i can say really, Unloaded trucks checked products for missing and damages and booked them in then put into storage for later use.

The staff at Challenge Recruitment were efficient  pleasant and professional and provided all information regarding the work conditions and hours effectively

We were promised white cards which never happened.

We were promised PPE in our induction which our team didn't receive until the second week onsite.

Was fun, Productive and a good learning point.

Most of the time you got lucky with the jobs they gave you in the case that the people you worked with were nice, the hours were good, and the work was good and in other cases not so.
