A typical day involved starting by organising the department, checking stock levels, and ensuring the store was clean and well presented. Throughout the day, I assisted customers, handled enquiries, managed restocking, and supported the team to keep operations running smoothly. During busy periods, I prioritised tasks, maintained efficiency, and ensured a high standard of customer service at all times.

Working in a multiculture environment helps me a lot in developing my confidence and learns the proper way of communicating and working with different people with different culture and personality.

had a wonderful workplace in Cairo, Egypt, and the people work there are so good, we can get free allowance most of the time, evening parties are conducted most of the time.
