Condescending comments and criticism that is FAR from constructive. The management don’t care about any issue no matter the severity of it, all they care about is another customer for more money in their pockets. Staff are amazing to work with however the management needs a good hard look in the mirror and realise they are the problem and the reason why staff keep leaving the club. I would not recommend working here, the communication between staff and managers is appalling and unprofessional. 

I got to met lovely worker , they take pride in there work. gave me a boost of confidence everyday that I was there. staff were very pleasant. If I didn't understand something they would take there time to make sure I knew what I was doing. hardest part would of been lunch time rush , getting everything out in time and doing it right, pleasing the customers. most enjoyable part was learning more and meeting new people.

Working at cath club was very hard a day fast paced . Specific management was highly rude to workers and loved to play games and downgrade workers.  Before they came work was wonderful there !!! But now it's all gone down the drain !!! 


Worked for ten years at the company, enjoyed making new friends. Learned different roles while I was I there which was a added bonus. Management are friendly to work with and any problems they all are very helpful.

Flat rate paying job there is no penalty rates no public holiday rates you are required to work all holidays you will go backwards working here your supervisor has OCD problems and will ride you till it does your head in

I love working as part of the team of the catholic club  the only reason I'm looking to change jobs is that I really want to get out of hospitality work and have my heart set on beginning a retail career

A friendly environment to work in. I only volunteered to help absent family members to clean and learnt so much and how cleaners work so hard. Everything runs in order and co-workers work together to get the work done. No one is left behind.

good pace to work people are very profecinal and the cultural job is great , give you plenty of hours and you will be trained in the area u like the most

loved the team feeling and collaboration with exec chef. You get out what you put in, work hard and this place goes the extra mile to support you and help you succeed

Not a great experience at all. Would not recommend as a great place to work. Upper Management care about upper management and that’s all. Very high staff turnover.
