What is the best part of working at the company?
LoL, been in business for a very long time,but young management (never driven truck's) riding of there name, have no idea, except for the youngest one,but the seniors hopefully are over looking.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Answering to minors with no idea about transport 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Worker's/most drivers are great.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Confused ,I'll informed,wait a while,

Always stuff arounds with changeover departure times.  Delays of hours after arriving for work, resting in fatigue earlier in a shift.  This is apparently common in transport companies, but I figured when on a km rate, that turns a 9 hour changeover into a 12 or 13 hour day, so my hourly rate, would be reduced by a third if I averaged out the pay that way.

Great place to work and the culture is pretty easy going. Management is approachable and listens. Livery is A1 and the mechanics keep the gear in pretty great shape.

this was a very fun place to work at, the people were great and the communication between everyone was also very good. there was no means of hierarchy either which made it a lot more comfortable

Good working environment, good employees / staff / management.
Good modern equipment, trucks / trailers.
Great workshop maintenance / mechanics.
Variety of work.

One day out of the blue I get told my truck is needed interstate and I no longer have a job then got shown the door. 
Would I reccomend any new employees? Absolutely not.

Good potential but terrible organisation.  Management favours people who whinge and dictate what they will and won't do.
Modern equipment but not looked after by drivers, trucks often filthy inside

Cahills not a pleasant place to work, they expect their employees to do many hours overtime with no reward. 
Culture was not good as there was no management at times to lead or advise the staff

I enjoyed working here, and it was great to be a part of a cool team. We all worked together to achieve common goals and everybody in the team made it a success.

I enjoyed working and making money while at I was still at school.  The work was different every day.  People were friendly and I got to learn new things.
