Amazing first two opening weeks because there were staff from head office. Legal and decent pay in that first two weeks. After that it was total rip-off. They didn’t explain anything about our contract. Gave us a minimum wage without weekends rates. Even made us work for whole day for 100$ after pandemic. They don’t really care about staff. All they want is money by exploiting the students especially from Asia. 
Always less staff and more pressure. 

Learn basics there and leave as soon as you find a better job. I don’t see any future there. Not a good place  

Friendly staff at first but after a short training period they excessively hounded me about my performance and speed, even though all tasks were completed within the shift. Many staff were working illegally on student visas and they paid below minimum wage and without holiday and overtime reward rates.

Nothing stressful really just when it's overly busy 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Awesome and great depending on the place you get placed.

Great company overall, some issues with customers and other staff that weren't handled properly though. Staff could've used more training in certain areas and hours were not dispersed very well among staff.

Busy, understaffed, and all kinds of customers. But health and safety is super good. Tips from good customers and regulars who's faces you grow to love seeing every day. 

Good work environment, nice co-workers from all around the world.

But the pay is to low.
(lower than you can imagine).

This makes workers disappointed.
And have to work on Weekend without extra pay.

Staff meal, Drinks provided.

Working in Café 63 is a great team to work with. Every staffs are well trained to work efficiently and motivated to carry out smile while working . The food is usually fast and fresh.

It was challenging at the start to get used to the culture and the ways the place runs but once I got used to it, I was comfortable but memorising the menu names and the extra menus were tough.
