CTI Logistics

I used to work this Foxline parcels under CTI. Then I got fired for false complaints from a henchman of the supervisor. I got into Uni  again.. competed my degree. Qualified as a solicitor. The Legal Ptactice board required me to get a character certificate from a person of a supervisor grade. The company HR division refused to issue me a letter. What are they going to loose if they issue this letter? 

The top staff members are too old... the staff will loose their jobs soon.... How they treat their contractors... no more drivers will work with them. I recommended more than eight friend to this company, Not any more!. 
 
Go and work for linfox, startrek or any other courier company.. as I do not know them... however not this company !

Daily responsibilities involved moving through various areas of the warehouse where needed helping to run things smoothly and where necessary train staff on areas of personal competency. I learned to cover a wide variety of warehouse paperwork as well as what is involved in running a fast paced distribution operation. management was constantly changing but in early stages was very solid and informative. my co-workers were a bubbly and hard working bunch of people whom it was a pleasure to work beside. hardest part of the job would have to be leaving. most enjoyable part operating a variety of forklifts daily.

I would pick and pack items found at Target such as clothes, shoes, quilts, sheets and cookware. I learned how to use a double ride on pallet jack and how to use a wrist scanner. The management was good they had a good system for the workers to get the work done. The co workers very good, always good to have a chat with on break and ask for advice and help, made working there a whole lot better. The hardest part of the job was getting used to the wrist scanners and how to work them. The most enjoyable part was riding on double pallet jacks and working with friends as part of a team to get the job done.

Would be all about customer satisfaction and promptness, learned about dispatching the right vehicle required for the jobs and basic geography knowledge about Perth, Western Australia. Was a delight with the managers very friendly and open door policy and also very understanding, different cultures and nationalities very well blended. Hardest part of the job was leaving work at the end of the day, knowing you had customer inquiries still outstanding so would deal with those before logging out. Enjoyable part of the job was The job itself...

On my 5th day I had a performance review that basically forced me to leave. they told me I needed to be as productive as someone working there for two years and strongly suggested that I leaved. I felt like a number and not treated well at all. the management is terrible and I strongly regret ever working there. they made me feel useless and not good enough for not being as efficient as an employee for 3 years. they said things like, not doing good enough and asked if this was the job for me. Would never recommend 

What is the best part of working at the company?
This company is always changing their Name!
Stay away from it and don’t know what the name names they use now 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not paying my super  annuation  and underpaying me

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not good at all be honest!
Been running by management that you can not find them to ask for help 


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Just doing my best to do it because I have the experience to do the job! I think that’s why they need me but no help at all!

What is the best part of working at the company?
They have a good culture and work ethics.
Staff and personal are friendly and helpful. 
And the workers bond together to help each other through hard times.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I  found the linehaul hard at times while I was there  but the management are fair. In there decisions

I found the culture very good

Most of my time was out on the road which I loved doing

I have learnt that some people are incapable of learning and are unable to take on new ways of doing things

As a Pick Packer the job was awesome. Money was great, some people were kind. A couple months in, people start showing their true evil colours, you start noticing cliques and groups being formed. Hours are cut for casual workers unless they work hard and the others that get cut end up asking the other casuals (who work a full on shift) why they didn't have the same hours. It's good money, it's better when you have work friends but beware of those who smile in your face and still talk about you badly. 

CTI  is a good place to work I mostly operated fork lifts but learned to to load trucks and containers properly. Managment was good to there workers and would make sure every thing was done safely and properly . The hardest part of the job was loading containers as it was working in small places to load inside the containers with a fork lift,i enjoyed operating the fork lifts and working in a team environment.
