This place is so toxic. Pre site manager and team leader talk badly about all team members and other managers. often pulling you into unsolicited two on one meeting attacks to further their own agendas. Higher management seem unaware of this and the treatment going on. Not much hope it would be rectified regardless. Micromanaged by someone with little to no knowledge of the building industry while they are balantanlty favoured by manager. This place felt more highschool than highschool. 

High turnover - Toxic work environment. Management are not great - Stuck in olden times! Expect a lot for little money. Had 1 pay increase in 5 years and I had to make a fuss about it. Others get increases each year because it depends who you are friends with! Unfair work environment - Would not recommend to family or friends. No on site parking & staff cars often towed at owners expense. Work so hard without appreciation or bonuses. 

Pre site customer service lower and upper management are backstabbers who have no loyalty to anyone but themselves. There is limited training, long hours, constantly being criticised by management, most of the staff in pre site are nice but overworked and under paid. Some of the senior staff are fake. You need to go to the office early to get a parking spot

I prepared myself by having adequate marketing material, the display homes were clean and smelled great. Call my clients to confirm my appointments. Having a positive frame of mind by seeing the true potential  of this day unfolding the way I envisioned, the power of intention.

Management style encourages staff to crawl over one another to try to get to the top but it was never achievable.  Very disjointed between departments so everyone worked with blinkers on and didn't care how their actions might effect others. 

High pressure job and low-paying, but from time to time there are free lunches and events, but it almost feels like we can never truly enjoy it because there’s so much work piling up

Atmosphere was not one I could comfortably perform my duties. Great people, petty boys club management. Parking unavailable, unless you arrive at least an hour before you start. If you're lucky then it's 2 hour parking all day or risk a ticket.

Ability to work unsupervised and have responsibility to maintain gardens and maintenance with trust and integrity. Culture was great and always looking at team exercises to engage teams in a great culture

do not recommend to anyone, management only care about themselves and talk badly about all their employees behind their backs, they’re fake and no training 

I was lucky enough to work as a casual and I did various roles with the company.
I started lodging the Building Applications and ended up in the Customer service department.
