Worst company to work for you will be promised upto $1500 a week. Do not believe anything u hear unless it in writing from this company.

There needs to be an investigation  from fair work on how they are charging upto $120 4 1 delivery then only passing on between  $20-60 per job. Outrageous. Customer always complain about how unrelabile there services are. 

Civic tske 80% profit whilst passing on 20% or less 2 the sub contractors. Be very weary of this company especially if your not Aussie u will be taken advantage of.

Work anywhere frok 8-14hr to only be paid $170 the day before expenses n tax.

While working here i wasnt actually employed by the company but i was working with an older relative who was just paying me for helping them. A day at work would be really fun, i was always moving around , when we'd drive across Melbourne it would feel quick and the more i got out and lift or pulled certain items the easier the day got and the quicker the week ended ;) Management was very good , although at times they were frustrating.  While on the job there was no managers but we had operators who were acting as managers, they basically told us where to go and sent new jobs on an app that all workers have.

I was worked to Civic courier company compare to Capital, King, Allied,  Civic is The Worst, because they send you with 14 tons or 12 tons truck for a small single parcel from Welshpool to Mandurah, doesn't matter for them how much fuel and time you waste, if you don't they punish you to stand by or make you busy with parcels. ’
If something happens to your truck for 1 hour delay during a week the cut the minimum pay’ that means instead pay less for 1 hour they cut a huge amount of your salary. The minimum means Maximum on Civic courier company

i wouldn't  waste your time working for civic the amount of driving you do and what you get paid does not cover the fuel that you use let alone everything thing else that comes out of your pocket they promise big dollars but you never even get close to what they promise  a typical day is driving from side of brisbane to the other the hardest part of working for them is never getting much money most of the drivers dont even talk to you  i learned that can never take their word on anything the most enjoyable part of the was going home  you never have anything to do mangerment you are never in the depot

Civic is the best courier company to work with  .The staff is so helpful and friendly.This is the only courier company who pays you on the same day you don't have to wait for 7 days to get paid.Their clints  are big and reputed companies companies that means there is always work available for drivers they can even work on Saturdays if the want. All over this is the best courier company in Melbourne.

There is a good reason you consistently see Civic advertising for drivers. It’s because they have a major problem with staff retainment brought about by  low wages and inefficient management.  If you manage to be earning the award after expenses then you’ve done extremely well and if you don’t they make you feel as though somehow it’s your fault. Don’t waste your time and money with them.

Long hours non stop driving everyday.
Very stressful.
Lunch break only 15-20 mins
Lot of heavy lifting ( 23kg+ Paint )
for one tonne Van.
Operators were very controlling, rude and very bossy .
No training at all  and you learn by mistake.
Low paid jobs.
2 way radio are useless and annoying.
Downloaded work app, use your own mobile phone to receive jobs , No PDA provided.


They would charge premium price to customers but they will give a pennies  to drivers. 
Drivers not able to cover the cost of their  vehicle expance.
In the beginning they promise you alot.
In starting they paying you average but once they know you are their slave then they will  backstab you and you will work as slavery, stressfull environment, take nothing  home

They say you can earn up to $1500... what a lot of rot! My partner worked long days. Had a Ute that ran on gas and with the distances he covered everyday, he was working for nothing. Some jobs paid $7. They even took fees out on a weekly basis!! This is a sweat shop! Stay away from them. Don’t be fooled by their friendly facade. These guys need to be investigated.

Do not work for this. Company they don't pay there drivers enough they keep a high percentage  of the job money there is no transparency on the pay slip you never know if they are paying you for all the jobs you deliver no checks at interview you are paying for all the people standing around in the office
