What is the best part of working at the company?
I was bullied working at Bunnings. 
I had so much to give and their behaviour towards me was disgraceful. 
I was told to lose weight otherwise my contract would be terminated. 
It broke me, sent me into a deep depression and I wanted to take my own life.
Happily I survived with the support of my loving family and friends. 
This was my "Thankyou" for 20 years of service.
I found another job where I'm appreciated, recognised and my pay reflects my performance. 
I'm so happy to be part of a diverse team who has my back and respects me for who I am.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Bullying Culture. 
Lack of training. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is a team that is fractured and doesn't communicate or work together.
A leadership group who don't contribute to the team. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It is overwhelming as not everyone contributes to get the job done.
Unfortunately Customer Service is not the true focus to many team members. These team members quite often don't go through the correct recruitment process, hired by family and friends.

 recently started working at XYZ Company and I must say, it has been a great experience so far. The company has a positive and welcoming work culture, making it a pleasure to come into the office every day.

The management team is extremely supportive and always open to new ideas and suggestions. They truly value their employees and make sure that everyone feels appreciated and heard. This has created a strong sense of camaraderie among the team.

The workload is manageable and there is a good balance of challenging tasks and routine work. I have been able to learn and grow professionally, thanks to the guidance and training provided by my superiors.

The benefits and perks at XYZ Company are also impressive. From a competitive salary to health insurance and paid time off, the company truly takes care of its employees. They also have regular team building activities and company outings, which helps foster a strong sense of team spirit.

I would highly recommend XYZ Company to anyone looking for a fulfilling and rewarding job. It is a great place to work and I am grateful to be a part of such an amazing team.

What is the best part of working at the company?
great benefits with things like non-work related physio and mental health care, incentives to hit targets that arent ridiculous but are rewarded nicely.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
working with so many kids who dont share a strong work ethic, unfortunately with how political correctness is they can't easily be let go, so they tend to float around with minimal shifts and waste company resources.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's more family oriented, close-knit relationships are formed and maintained so the solo worker doesnt tend to fit in as much, its fast paced, fun and friendly though do not get me wrong.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It was enjoyable, like any retail job its what you make it, expectations arent ridiculous or over-the-top but don't think you can get away with the bare minimum, it gets noticed and you will be confronted on it or lose shifts. If i could go back I probably would.

Everyday was go go go in a small format store
There is always something to do unless you are in a large format warehouse then you are stuck doing the same thing for hours and can be very mind numbing, especially if you are in the customer service area, cash handling, self service or meet and greet.
Very hard to move departments if you are very good at doing a job or management does not like you.
Best working in a smaller store so you get variety.. attitude is all hands on deck.
Great learning on line you can learn anything you want from planting to plumbing....over the years I have managed to complete over 300 information courses, all in your own time but you do not need manager permission to start  course.
The hardest part  of working for Bunnings is there is no room for error.
Especially in regards with handling customers....if the customer is rude etc..got to suck it up...or declare you felt threatened and then you had to prove it...working through covid was just so hard.
Grateful for working but it burnt me out.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Work is easy, most employees are happy & pleasant to work.  The is nice and there are always treats for staff in the meal room. Very safety oriented.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Too many supervisors telling you to do the same thing in a different way or time.
It can get boring as you don’t get a lot of variety in tasks during the day.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s a good work environment, there’s opportunities for younger staff to make a career out of their employment 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It’s very boring as the roles are quite narrow. I don’t get given the opportunity to do any learning and haven’t even finished the mandatory online learning required.  I can’t do many other jobs due to lack of time on duty to do the learning.

Working at Bunnings is honestly a dream, the environment is fun and fast paced with a lot of new and exciting activities to get involved in while you work. However the management was almost like working for your typical high school bullies. If your g4 is best friends with the boss then you have no hope in filing any complaints that go somewhere. Most of the department managers were absolute legends, I was unfortunate enough to be stuck with a not so nice manager. Multiple staff members made complaints but unfortunately due to the managers relationship with the head of the store, they went no further than a “maybe you should find somewhere else to work”. Other than that, an awesome environment to work within.

Close contact and support from management.
Fast paced, demanding and very rewarding.
on a typical day I started with a quick staff catch up, talk about jobs required doing, stock control, rostered hours and customer requirements.
make trade business calls to existing outside clients.
do a department walk through and check for safety issues and rectify.
cover areas at break times.
check weeks rosters and wages for the week and update and enter rosters for the coming month.
check holiday forms and action.
interview potential team members.
Train all new store employees
talk to department managers regarding safety concern and rectify.

I've spent 7 years with Bunnings as a Supervisor. My opinion is if you show good prospects and effort you're most likely to get support from the management.
The people are great to work with. Its a fun environment. You will always find a bad apple in the bunch, try to mange that smartly.

Pay is not so good. It's average actually. I've seen lots pf people (Good people) left the job just because of the pay scale. That's exactly why I left the job. 
When it comes to promotion or pay rise it's a bit complicated. You will be a bit disappointed in the case.
For starter it's a great job. But if you want to go for the long run it's a hard pill to swallow. 

My experience working at Bunnings was very energetic. The team members, managers and supervisors were very friendly and made me feel welcomed from the firs day. Working at Bunnings made me learn a lot of things from; working independently, having a sharp mind and being quick on your feet. Bunnings is a very multi cultured workplace, the workers and managers are very diverse. The hardest part about working at Bunnings is constantly having to know where certain bolts, nuts and screws were kept and having a sharp mind and memory, the upside of the job was constantly being active and productive during your time working.

My days at Bunnings were very outgoing, acknowledging that I went to work not only for the money but for the people who provided me with awesome accommodations 

I learnt that working smart is better than working hard because your safety always comes first 

Bunnings is a multicultural work place with easy going people 

Hardest part of the job was long shift I volunteered to do because I like challenging myself, that’s when I worked 13 hours with 1 break for 1 week 

I enjoyed eating and relaxing at my breaks
