Done Work Experience Program for 2 weeks, the chefs and kitchenhand employees were great very helpful on showing me new skills i enjoyed it tremendously.
I have learned few new skills.
Management was good observed me from afar.
Work culture was unique and is the sum of its values, traditions, beliefs, interactions, behaviors, and attitudes. Positive workplace culture.
There was never hardest part in the tasks i was given.
Most enjoyable part of the job was handling and preparing the seafoods, Squids and Fishes
Slicing the Squids and weighing them and store them in a cold room same with the Fishes 
Crumbing the fishes get them ready to be cooked by the Chefs

In my role it was basically your meet and greet. Checking/confirming whether patrons were club members or sign them in as visitors. Asking/assisting unruly patrons to leave premises. Management were very accepting, and appreciative of work done by staff throughout all levels. Co-workers were at the highest degree of professionalism which was shown through patronage conduct within the club. Hardest part of the job was leaving. If it wasnt for the pay I'd still be there.

8 days of split shifts . To many captain's.

Not overly inclusive . Some friendly staff.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful , understaffed usually.

general prep and cooking to customers needs. dealing with all food requirements and supervising and training of apprentices. ordering of stock and making sure it is dated and rotated properly. it is a fast paced busy kitchen doing a large amount of covers plus functions.

Not many downsides to working with Brother's. I've had a mostly positive experience working there for the past few years. The only issue I have is the HR manager who does not take onboard staff feedback for improvements to the workplace—and if they do, they take full credit for it which makes staff feel under-appreciated. 

The family at brothers in incomparable, everyone is welcoming and the energy is unmatched anywhere else. The clientele are laid back and easy going and the managers are competent and sympathetic.

Typically two shifts a day (lunch and dinner), so very suited to people who live nearby. I learned quickly, particularly how to balance three plates. I enjoyed table service the most, but working in the bingo room was also enjoyable. I regret not being able to experience working through any functions.

If your looking for just a job its great if they allow enough hours for someone to make by. I found after working 1 year and half the management still didn't know my name, even after serving and dealing with them on a daily basis. Wasnt the best job i have ever had.

Great meeting new people everyday, busy place with great staff to work with. Most enjoyable part of the job was working with a great team. I have learnt that I don't like rotating shifts and would prefer a Mon-Fri work week.

brothers is a great place to work for the staff and customers are welcoming and generous and they have great created a great family environment were everyone feels happy and comfortable
