Bright Little Stars

Bright little stars is a good nursery, I haven't worked at BLS for a long time but all of the staff are welcoming and friendly. The parents who take their children seem happy to bring the children here. All of my team in the toddler room are welcoming, bubbly and always have a positive attitude throughout the day. The routine is straight forward and is a very tight scheduled routine where the children are aware of what is happening at the times of routine change i.e nappy changes and garden times. I have learnt a lot in the short space of time of working here as I find the room leaders and seniors very eager to teach and lead. The management are very friendly, they welcome you when you walk through the door ready to start your shift, or even if you are on your way out for lunch. The management are very eager to help you progress in your career, i.e helping you achieve a new level in your career, or even extra training which they offer inset days for during the year. The most enjoyable part of the job are the children, they are always smiling, we always offer them extra help with their development, we are doing ben and betty which is a phonics programme.

From only being at Bright little stars for 3 months I have learnt so much from being in my role. I always thought I knew everything about nurseries, being in childcare for 5+ years, but I didn't realise how much more I could learn and progress in such a small amount of time. BLS really value their staff and want what is best for them by giving them courses to excel there knowledge and regular support from management to seek advice. All staff are very friendly and welcoming when I started the nursery. I did not feel out of place and was very comfortable quite quickly, as well as developing potential long term friendships with some girls. I really enjoy not having to worry about struggling with new babies starting the nursery as we are given lots of extra staff to help support the running of the day, allowing you to have one to one if they are unsettled as well as having that time to talk to parents properly to get an understanding of their child.

Since starting BLS Stanmore everyone has been really kind, friendly and welcoming. The team pulls together to give the best outcomes for children, and all strive for the nursery to be a success. 

The best part of my job is being able to interact with so many different people and pop into the rooms to see the children. There are many different elements that make up the administrator’s role and no day is the same so it is never boring! 

Head Office and Management are genuinely interested in the wellbeing of the staff and are always on-hand to offer support and guidance. Training is constantly being implemented to ensure staff feel competent in what they are doing and able to achieve their fullest potential.  

I feel that the benefits offered at BLS are greater than any other nursery I have worked for. We have snacks and lunch provided daily, bonuses, employee of the month and fun days out. The management team are approachable and always try to assist in any way they can.

Being the first employee of the Stanmore branch, I have felt a part of the Bright Little Stars company since day one. The management team are extremely friendly and supportive of each individual employee's needs. Being promoted to Room Leader within 8 weeks of the nursery officially opening, I have learnt so much and I thoroughly enjoy coming into work each and everyday. The staff are welcoming and we have a great relationship as a team throughout the entire nursery. Children are looked after with love and care and staff are supported to ensure they are achieving and meeting children's individual needs. I also had the opportunity to work in the three other branches within the company, and I can honestly say it is a fantastic company. I highly recommend Bright Little Stars to anyone who is looking to progress further in their career and/or to enhance and support your child's learning and development.

Bright Little Stars Nursery is one of the place I would recommend to any of my friends to bring the child over or as a work place. As a staff  I feel that we are treated individually according to our needs and there the management is always to support us and guide. Also we are a place where you can meet plenty of nationalities thru the children and staff.  To me personally is the best place I ever worked till now and the whole team including management are very welcoming and supportive. Is a safe and secure place as we enter only by fingerprint in the building. Staff have a great opportunity to bond with each others while going on our outings throughout  the year. 
Definitely is a best place to give a opportunity to your child to learn and explore in a safe and rich environment.

I work in the Stanmore branch and I am a nursery educator in the toddler room. We are given training to support us with how to do observations and additional training which develops our knowledge working within childcare. There is a set routine in each room to follow and staff are given guidance from the seniors and room leaders in the room. Also the management are happy to help when i need extra help. The staff have fun in the room with the children and make the activities exciting and engaging for them. The most enjoyable part of the job is watching the children develop and progress up through each room and building a partnership with the parents.

Before I started my employment at Bright Little Stars I thought the benefits package, the support, Nursery ethos and budgets all sounded too good to be true. 
9 months later I can honestly say it is all true.

The time and thought taken into every decision at the nursery is done with care and wanting the best for the nursery.

We are provided with continuous support and on going training through out the year. We are never given the option to settle as we always are pushed to thrive for more and be the best version of ourselves..

I look forward to coming to work ever day and seeing the BLS Stanmore team.

I joined Bright Little Stars in November 2017 and since that first day I remember I had a very warm welcome from all the staff especially the management team who are extremely supportive and treat each staff as an individual and ensure staff needs are met also. 

I am really happy to come into work each and every day and feel positive that I have a bright future with the company. There is most certainly a friendly atmosphere around the whole nursery and staff work really well with each other and to ensure each child receives the best care and learning environment. I'm so glad to be a part of bright little stars.
