- Take care of advertising & marketing for my clients, helping them to generate an extra income, find for them a new suppliers, introduce one business to another, make a phone calls, see my clients on site;
- I've learned lots about different businesses & how they're operates;
- We have two managers at the office; 
- In the office we have 8 Account managers like me; and the aim for all of us - generate the money for our clients and the company;
- Not enough hours in a day;
- Visit my clients; helping my clients to get a new business of the ground; achieve their goals/dreams; feel that I was a small part of it

This job was just a fill in for me to help out while they found a more suitable employee. I was interested in the organisational business plan and sales motives and strategies. I gained some experience and knowledge of the organisation and culture.

In a cash world this is a very tough system 90 percent of the businesses approached would not sign up because they could see the benefit of using the bartering system.  Then the staff and the management were also very fair in helping you gain results in sales and happy to write you off not a nice experience at all.

Massive changes in the company with a move away from talking to members and helping them by phone and emails to a new culture of the members having to do most things online themselves.

I learned how to communicate with people on a whole different level as it was all about sales and keeping clients happy when dealing with an all together different currency.

Fun , rewarding and developing business skills A+

.it was a pleasant job and had a great group to work with.

Reasonable place to work. Sometimes hard to get investment from clients but overall the work and the people are pretty good. Offices are mostly isolated from head offce so experience depends mostly on the office management.

Always interesting and exciting working with clients, very hard to understand why the employ you g people with no business acumen, management is ego driven and needs to focus on clients and staff.
