I've worked here for 3 and a half years. Loved it at first, was good while studying. Now I'm burnt out, I'm part time doing full time hours. Management doesn't listen, no point trying to work your way up, they only pick their favourites. 

Definitely over worked, underpaid. Wonderful job as a short term, but long term it's extremely tiring. Stressful and a lot of pressure from management to meet sales, budget. I have been made feel bad multiple of times if I've missed sign ups, been pulled aside and spoken to because I missed 6 in one day. 

Customer focused to the point they go against their own terms and conditions to make the customer happy. But ignore their staff or make them out they don't know what their doing Infront of the customer if a manager is needed to come down. Happened to me multiple of times. 

I've been told it was my fault a customer stole by a former manager, screamed at down the phone. Gone to them to tell them I'm burnt out and instead of being heard, got put on more shifts. I could go on, and on. 

Also been made feel incredibly bad if I can't come in on my days off. Been told by management when I've come in on my day off, the hours weren't ideal for the day but thanks for coming in I guess. 

We're extremely short staffed, a lot of us want to leave. They refuse to hire new staff, even a Christmas casual would do. 

Always being spoken down to, undermined by either management or co workers at times. In all honesty, I'm miserable here but it would be a very long list. 

I worked in a BB warehouse for 4 months.

During that entire time I was always working by myself, even when trying to unload pallets from trucks. I was expected to unload trucks, serve customers and respond to questions from all the ppl working in the store...all at the same time!!!

I was working by myself every day they had a sale....Black Friday week included! 

Towards the end, getting a lunchbreak was a luxury!

All the managers knew we needed more staff.  Everyone would complain about it  to the managers and for months, nothing was done.

Then it happened. I called up sick for two days and they didn't get anyone to help. Instead, they said you can work an extra day to make up for the sick days and when I got back, there was two days worth of deliveries to do on top of everything left over from last week! To top it all off, just as I was about to unload two days worth of deliveries from a truck, the manager thought that would be a good time to berate me about my sick day the day before. This evolved into an argument at which point I walked out and never went back.

My experience over the last 4 months has taught me that BB always run short staffed to save money.

Day to day you are introduced to so many new families and its enriching watching them grow over time through out their pregnancy and when little bubba's finally arrive. Its fun being in for the journey and seeing the look of relief when you've helped them take a weight of stress off their shoulders. In terms of training, it never ends. It's limitless especially with our brands developing so rapidly to ensure mothers have a convenient experience using their products and that they cover all measures of safety and beyond. The hardest part for sure is seeing mothers after a car accident (minor or major) and if the unfortunate happens and bub is no longer arriving. It happens and you just have to put on your best front and be there for them. But by far the most enjoyable thing about Baby Bunting is the team mates you will make. Some of the loveliest whole hearted people you will meet.

I was with one of their new stores for a year and I it’s a time I want to erase from my memory. Management were not encouraging or inclusive. I felt very “small” there and unless you are prepared to speak up and exude confidence, you will be treated as a “body on the floor” and no one will bother to help you improve. Staff were clique-y.  
Hours and leave were difficult to negotiate. 
Management structure was intimidating and they should be properly trained to speak to staff with respect. 

Promise you plenty  of work expect you to be available  all week but don't give you very many shifts. Must be able to work weekends  and boxing day.
One of the managers is very unpleasant  acts like she is the best and you are trash.
Will say they don't have more hours to give you but will continue  to hire  new people  and when they don't show call you expecting  you will drop everything  to work. Have a maternity  uniform  but never order one when you are pregnant  and expect  you to still be presentable when not supplied a proper fitting  uniform.

baby bunting is fast paced but controlled by people who do not understand their job, management have made many comments about my appearance like if i wore my hair up one day, they made rude comments, the company doesn’t care about your personal lives, i had a death in the family and they said notice for the funeral was too short, people were lovely at first but after a year working for them i have learned that they really don’t care about you or your life all they want if for you to follow their overstrict and stressful rules. 

If I could zeros for this company I would.
I did learn rostering and stock ordering and stock control, but I taught myself.
The culture is that of bullying by management and it is supported by upper management.
The hardest part of the job is actually walking in there knowing you are going to a bad day.
The most enjoyable part was the day I left and made a formal complaint to which nothing was done.
Just happy to be out of there.

You can stay here long term if that’s what you want . A very structured company that looks after you . Full uniform provided ,on site  car spot  , tea, coffee , biscuits and  plenty of morning teas provided , on and off charity’s supported by the company .
 Can be abit over the top with catalogs and special weekend deals with a considerable amount of wastage but most big companies are like that i s’pose 

For the short time I worked for this company they had disrespectful employees who they were aware of and the managers did nothing to correct the situation, simply saying they were aware and hopefully those individuals quit soon, The managers were uncompromising in regards to work and life balance and focused on themselves. They undervalued their workers and continually over burdened them with minimal to no training.

Management were rarely around, and when they were, they would be judging you for what you were doing with no context. Have talk ed to others and no one has enjoyed working there. 

I started working there when it was brand new and there weren't a lot of customers and it was quite boring.
