B.E Campbell is the company you go to, to seek experience. It is rare that you get promoted because management have their favourites and only promote based on their friendship status and not via their ability, skills and passion for their work. Most employees are promoted within the business with no qualifications or proof of completed certificates. If you have no experience and want to kick start your career, the company is perfect because you get a taste of the industry and are able to learn new skills and develop yourself as a person. If you however have studied, certified and have years of experience, I highly recommend you apply with another business due to the lack of pay to the average standard. If you know how much you're worth, then don't settle for anything less.  If you are able to deal with 150+ personalities at once and control stressful situations then you should be fine. Just follow procedures and everything will come easy.

Start work at 5am, depending on what production line I am working on we may have 6-7 products but that varies on how much stock there is. I always learn new ways to work and are I am guided if I do not know how to do a specific task. The workers there are funny and easy to work with, they are always there to help me even the team leader and supervisor.

The worse. Discrimination was written all over the place! Personally I couldn't take it. The boss didn't even care about new workers. I had an doctor appointment specifically for my eyes and she said " I don't care if you have an doctors appointment, you can do it outside work hours". Little does everyone know.. you work more than 10 even 12 hours a day . So by the time you get home you're already drained but yet they don't give a care . Work to live not the opposite 👌 by the way the pay is not worth your hard work you put into that company. Don't bother

I enjoyed the work.
I learnt how to be an effective team member and enjoyed every minute of the working day there with the team members that I worked with.
I can follow instructions given, I am friendly and outgoing.
It was close to home so I had no problems getting to the company and was punctual.
I would like to secure a position at B.E Campbell and would demonstrate my abilities that I bring with me to the company.

Do not work at b.e Campbell the work is hard & fast it is poorly managed the on the job training isn't too bad although they expect a lot from you even if you are a begginer toilets are filthy the managers talk to you without any respect the knives they supply you are always blunt the conveyer belt is too fast & even the experienced workers have trouble keeping the wages are poor for what they are expecting from you I would not recommend this factory to anyone

Working at BE Campbell was an experience like no other, it is an energetic and fast paced environment with a family culture that brings everyone together. All staff members work collaboratively to constantly challenge and push the limits working together regardless of what team or site you are a part of. As the Company continues to grow so do its people, with opportunities for career development available for those who are ambitious and passionate.

The pay rate for afternoon shift should be raised. Alot of hard work is done during the job. You learn alot if you are new to the workforce. Alot of different cultures . The money is not worth the OT that you may have to do . There training is really good . All together it's a good company however the pay is something you might not expect if you are working longer hours . So be prepared to work longer than regular hours

Honestly would go back and work there cause the people there i worked with, honestly so good people, and they made work fun lol. Can honestly recommend working there tbh its just the rate tends to kill the whole thing lmao but other than that, the people make the workplace alive. trust me. I MISS MY LINE 3 SOOOO MUCH LMAO Anyway great company

Its a big company with long history and its multicultural working environment. There are many department at BE. Campbell, Production, Warehousing, Quality Assure.... Every department co-assist with the product from fresh meat to packaging and properly every single packs and cartons before dispatch all over Australia Woolworth and Aldi supermarket.

I enjoyed every part of my job with this company, always giving me support & praise & co workers were also helpful.

One part of my job was monthly celebrations for all staff putting together a slide show of the last months efforts achieved by all departments , also providing catering for this celebration.
