A typical day was viewing and prioritising my workload and making adjustments as required as the day progressed.
Then it was answering phones, and emails, logging requests into our systems, data entry and file management, liaising with Accounts Mgrs where required, running reports. 
I was solely responsible for contacting drivers for one of our major clients, wanting to advertise their vehicle on a surplus vehicle list as well contacting any respective purchaser. I also arranged the change over of these vehicles and transports as well as interstate rego transfers where required.
I also had sole responsibility to update two vehicle lists on our clients intranet on a daily basis.
Over the years I was educated from many great people across the business and in turn was happy to reciprocate.
The management in the Canberra Office were nurturing, guiding and supportive and above all always approachable.
I have nothing but admiration,praise and respect for my  co-workers. Having worked with the same team for almost 10 years, I can say that we were a close knit,cohesive and focused team that worked extremely well together.
The hardest part of my role sometimes, was the inability of other staff across the business,  to share in the 'our company, one team' mentality and the lack of consideration that this attitude had on someone else's job.
The most enjoyable part of my role was the customer contact and relationships built and knowing that the effort I put into the work I did was appreciated.
I also enjoyed investigating and resolving complex queries received from our clients.

I worked in finance deptt. as Credit Controller Administrator.  I had to do finance admin. jobs there and for half a day in a week, I had to do 'collections'.  I was always busy there and I got absolute job satisfaction.  I was working there on 'Contract' basis.  The higher management was very good with 'contractors'.  My co-workers, whether permanent or contractor, were very friendly and helpful.  It was a great team.  Till today I have contacts with them.  The hardest part of the job was, I was on contract and after every three months, everybody got tense.  The most enjoyable part of the job was 'training sessions', 'group discussions' & 'weekly review meetings'.  I really enjoyed my tenure with Lease Plan.

I enjoyed most of the time I have worked with LeasePlan. It can be a very supportive environment with great people to connect with.

Pros:

- Safe and supportive environment
- Social bunch: great for newbies
- Growing Agile: big effort has been made to innovate the ways of working

Cons:

- Slow paced: can be frustrating when trying to deliver innovation
- Senior leadership: either very inspiring or highly questionable
- Growth: not many opportunities for career advancement

I have had a great manager who tries their best to accommodate everyone as much as they can. There is support with workloads and there are a lot of great employees who have become great friends. 
The benifits that LeasePlan provide to their employees is no less than great.

Many IT project opportunities to become involved in and responsible for working both with internal Business resources alongside with contracted external IT service providers

Raising of incomming job request, 80k fleet management.  Check over associated vehicle repair costs. Report back to clinets and request authority to proceed with overlimit costs.

Fast paced, lots of internal training, lots of customer contact, fair amount of travel, good team culture, worked remotely a lot, very supportive.  Developed many relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Administrative and telephone contact with customers.
Co-workers very supportive and fun.
Management eager to assist with learning courses.

You just get pumped and pumped and pumped. Huge employee turnover rate and you get micromanaged. They are merging with SGfleet. Same thing , don’t apply if you want your sanity.

Not much to say about it to be honest, solidly average office job where i did average things like respond to emails, take calls etc. Friendly colleagues.
