Hardest part is keeping up the motivation and drive to keep my business progressing and succeeding.

Most enjoyable part is knowing that one day I will have made enough money in my business that it will take care of me and my family, for a very long time. Knowing that I will one day succeed to my very best and the rewards and benefits will be mine. That this company supports me and can not exist without me, and that my efforts are greatly rewarded, and that things just keep getting better with Avon.

A typical day would consist of visiting my clients and delivering their catalogue while also collecting money for their previous order and taking their order forms for the next order. I would then go home and fill out records books and send off the orders.

A great deal of organisation was needed as was attention to detail as it would have been easy to enter an incorrect number somewhere along the way. I learned effective organisational skills and progressed in my already growing skill of face to face customer service.

I only had one co-worker who was my team leader and working with her was an absolute pleasure. I felt comfortable turning to her if ever I had a question or didn't understand something and she always gave me the information I needed to get the job done properly.

I can't say there was anything hard about this job as I enjoyed it thoroughly and was enthusiastic about doing some more.

The most enjoyable part about the job was visiting my clients and assisting them in product knowledge.

You leave early, prospect and join new representatives to sell Avon. Long hours, driving a lot, paperwork  and planning on arriving home. Work out of a home office. With a phone and tablet provided a lot of office work can be done in the field working in your car or at a fast food place with free internet access.
Co-workers fantastic people but mostly only see at workshops. Do keep in touch by phone to boost each other.
Most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people and the hardest part is meeting all six required KPIs. All KPIs need to be met.
Any after hours functions you must attend. That is a given.
Flights interstate are also expected for workshops and conferences. Extra training is provided by the company at head office.
This is not a 9am to 5pm job. A lot more hours are expected to get the job done as per company requirements.

Every day was different, I followed a 15 day Field Management Program and planned all appointments effectively.
I thrived on meeting the 6 driven KPI's and Quarterly targets, engaging my growing sales team to set goals.

Work place Culture was brilliant. Divisional training and support was high standards as with Ethics and Compliance policies.

The most enjoyable part of my job was the development of Leaders, meeting sales targets and growing my District - Liverpool and M5 Corridor area.

Every day was different.
Loved doing Product Knowledge and Business Opportunity meetings as well as Major Season launches.
Being in the field and meeting my Rep's etc was magic.

Its so sad Avon is leaving Australia, I loved this role so much and hope to take my skills to a new adventure as soon as possible.

being work at home allows you to work at your own pace and hours, so you can do it when you want, and how you want. now that avon is now online, you can run your own digital home based business without having to host a party. the easiest part is lodging orders and the hardest? well, the hardest part is keeping up with orders at xmas time!

Handing out catalogues to customers and going back at a later date to collect orders. Putting orders threw , then delivering the products to the customers.
I learned time management skills. I learned product information and developed on going customer service skills.
I mostly worked on my own, but when i have met a co-worker they have been helpfull in guiding me and supportive.
Hardest part of the job, making enough money to justify going further with it.
Most enjoyable part of the job, meeting all the customers and learning about the products.

Everyday we do conduct routine inspection/audit of assigned packaging lines to ensure that components finished ingredients and finished products conform to specifications.
In my stay here for almost 5years I have learn a lot of things and at the same time earning a lot of friends.
The hardest part of the job is that when we have to decide whether to accept some defects as a good or non standard products.
But the most enjoyable part of it we all work here as a team.

My role involved cold calling on customers in the area that had been allocated to me.  I found I was very successful in this role as I have a good rapport with people and was very flexible in how I dealt with my customers needs.  I achieved high levels of sales which was very satisfying and I enjoyed meeting different people and getting lots of exercise.

I learned from working as an Avon Representative that you have to know a lot of people in order to sell the products. Its a flexible job so you pick the hours you want to do. I didn't have any co- workers because this job is mainly independent. The hardest part of the job was trying to get as many customers as I could possible.. the most enjoyable part of the job was reading the catalogue that were given for me to sell and righting down customers orders and seeing how there face would light up when there order was received..

AVON allowed me to work from home and my supervisor was always in touch with me to check how the work was going. I was fully trained on the first day and never looked back. 

The most enjoyable part of my job was hearing how excited my customers were to use new products and then to hear their reviews. Dong Avon allowed me to make lots of friends, as well as allowing me to gain valuable skills in customer service.
