A typical shift is 6 hours each day but you do have the option to work a double shift as well (12 hours)
I have learned how to interact with high profile athletes and remain professional
Management was at some moments very poor, but I believe this was an anomaly coming out of the pandemic. The rostering could have been better planned. Overall, management were lovely people though and very understanding of the situation. 
The hardest aspect of the job is staying occupied, as gyms can empty out for long periods of time; which can become boring. 
The most enjoyable part, on the other hand, is the energy of the event and everything that can be experienced for free thanks to the accreditation. The breaks are usually 30 minutes, during which it is easy to explore the grounds, find good food and absorb the vibrant energy in the heat of the sun. 

As a customer experience ambassador, our job was to basically answer any questions patrons have on the day. Enough information is provided beforehand to make our job easier, and the radio we're provided with helps the team help each other out if there's questions we're unsure how to answer.

Typically models would be assigned from Trak Models to work. But In my experience, I was asked through instagram to work the following couple days.
When you arrive you wear the designated outfit, they give an overveiw on what is expected of you, then you are sent off in pairs (boy girl) to hand out Canadian Club themed items to all guests who purchase a particular drink.

You are expected to stand in the sun for 5 hours at a time, with one break inbetween, over the days that the Australian Open is running.
After your shift ends we were given passes for free drinks and entry into festivals within the complex.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Uniform, variety and culture. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Environment = exciting. Culture = entitlement and privilege. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy and varied. Wonderfully fulfilling as you engage with the patrons.

You are given either one of three shift that are morning, afternoon and night shift, you work for as long as it takes for a court to close or for you to be taken off by the next shift. You rotate every hour. The best part is meeting players from all over the world.

It was my honour to work with these amazing people from all over the world who love tennis or love watching it. What I've leant from there was no matter how hot or long the working day is, you enjoy the environment is what I'm looking for as an employee.

Typical day would be around 5-8 hours of work. Hour on and hour off unless weather varied. Culture was good. Overall amazing.

It was a very hard job, my manager was sexist. Said I couldn't do a 12 hour job on my first day because I was a woman. But I proved him wrong and worked 12 hour shifts for two weeks straight.
