Management culture was generally good with a collaborative approach to development and goal achievement. Most difficult aspects of the role are overcoming access barriers to the target customer group and addressing sales threats (like pricing issues, generic competition or strong competitor activity, or other market forces).

I really enjoyed Astra Zeneca. I had to pass a three stage interview for a 12 month fixed term role. Including a personality and ability test. So they filter the people that can work there. The people there are the nicest people I have worked with, not perfect, not all totally friendly, but the least political. A lot work very hard, hours were long, benefits of gym membership at the uni, cheaper food, discounts on medication, events and events centre.
I did have a stressful job, but because the people were nice I didn't feel it as much.

When I had to do a Data migration for a user which involved his emails, PSTS, Desktop Items, Documents and Personal Folders.

I learned about a high level of customer service, delivering IT resolution to solve complex IT issues promptly.

Time-management and the corporate culture of the company.

I worked well as a good team player and motivated them to achieve results.

Remote trouble-shooting and giving user's instructions on the phone which they sometimes don't understand.

Logging incidents on the ServiceNow and interacting with users face to face.

Nothing in pipeline. Company has thinned out so much that that there is little career growth. Management fosters a culture of fear. Don't ever bother thinking that this is a compassionate company. There are many more pharma companies out there to look at. I would highly recommend that you search those out before thinking about this company.

A great place to work well balance and flexibility in working time.  This is a pharmaceutical company with lots of people came from different culture and race but the morale is high.  Workers from the operators to top managers are so friendly and respect with each other.

I love my job that is why I lasted for over 20 years but my latest role was made redundant due to shift change and organisation re-design within the quality department.

A lot of pressure due the skills levels system. But that’s the way it is, the higher you go, the more responsibilities and pressures. 
Salary wise, the years have been very beneficial and fruitful for me. Workmates are rated 7/8 on a scale of 10 as like, everywhere else, there are winners and losers.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Very clean and cool inside…12 hour shift suits me. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Too many things to learn, computer and running the machines.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Nice…multicultural workers, quite challenging.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy day always. Less workers, more work to do.

My experience there was that the management was incredibly unethical, and many of the staff were untrustworthy.  I would not recommend working there. I learnt a lot about working with different systems there and enjoyed being on the road, but I didn't enjoy how each week they encourage the staff at a team meeting to brag about themselves on their accomplishments from the previous week. Some people don't work like that. They just get on with the job!

Its a well structired company but implementation of these is very poor. Basically if you are on lower level, you are treated like poorly by the higher levels. Forget about complaining to Management because they will side with the people who will give them the numbers in production. Culture is not good. A lot of people who were made redundant do not want to go back there anymore even if pay is good.

Ever changing manufacturing facility which maintains a competitive outlook on performance and rewards. Employees are encouraged to continuously grow and adapt with evolving market and business demands. They are also given the required tools to master their roles and encouraged to consistently challenge the bar.
