What is the best part of working at the company?
I am only temping there what I love is the flexibility and diversity within the workforce it’s a breath of fresh air to witness this 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Putting on my boot socks. Really there’s nothing stressful about working there everyone is willing to help

Absolutely brilliant you get really good positive feedback from colleagues and supervisors 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It’s really good I actually enjoy going into work

I had a great time working at Aspen Pharmaceuticals.  The company takes care of its people.  The operations and systems are always looked into to suit the need of the company and its staff.  The workplace offers good career development programs to its employees.  The work environment is very healthy and uplifting.

No day was typical with 15 categories, over 300 SKUs, 10 Brand Managers, 8 Account Managers and 2 reviews per category per year.

The hardest and most enjoyable part of the job was to find new and engaging ways to communicate data and win-win benefit of implementing change.

Direct and in-direct management was excellent. Work culture was supportive and motivating. Was sad to leave.

Its a place of intelligence and excellence in work. Technically learnt a lot. Had loads of work to be completed in scheduled time,with great support from team together. even though, there was hectic work, the work place would be so pleasant, never used to feel dull or tired.

Aspen is a great place to work with great people, great management and great CEO.
This would have to be one of the best companies I have ever worked for. 
The only issue, no one wants to leave which makes any movement very difficult.
Small price to pay being in such a great business.

great industry work in, BUT has a culture of if we dont like you, you dont fit in with us attitude, if you rock the boat your career is toast. Great industry to work in its just spoiled by the nose in the cloud attitudes of we are better than you.

Was a really great Employer putting its employees and customers first creating a very positive culture. Was a pleasure to go to work each day. A very giving organisation... Great culture and all round work evironment/ place o live....

to ensure all work centres running......lean manufacturing and how to deal with conflict...management and co-workers very professional in all aspects.....the hardest part...cleaning machinery...and to work on a batch from start to finish most enjoyable and to see final product

Set up &operate the tablet machine as the plan is required.
Strongly solving  of the problem during process,which is the most enyoyable part of the job.
Work as the team to achieve the target.

Happy encouraging environment.
Helpfull staff , great location - close to public transport.
Supportive co workers.
Would return if opportunity arose.
Loved it. :)
