Overall a great company to work for with some genuine people that are willing to help. There is some room for career development but a strong contingency of big egos will generally cause a little stir along the way. A typical 12hr shift starts with a debrief from the acting supervisor. Priorities, strategies and labour deployment is communicated to the whole crew. The most interesting aspect of the job is troubleshooting and solving process issues. The most difficult aspect of the job is having to come to terms with just because a solution has been found, it does not necessarily mean it will be implemented. The most enjoyable part of my job was the overall sense of collaboration from the whole crew, working as a team to resolve manufacturing/process issues.

I work to ensure that the personal strengths of our sales force are shared and utilized to grow stronger,  I support territory managers in the field, helping them to find solutions when faced with challenges from their customers. I support them in management meetings voicing their ideas and concerns to ensure we continually adapt and improve.
I carry out re negotiation of contracts with existing accounts and the creation of new contracts/agreements with new accounts.
I provide relief coverage when sales managers take holidays, whilst doing this I audit their area to ensure consistency across the team'
I also run state based projects to further assist the states growth. In particular new business development and Route planning of territories.

A typical day working as a process technician/Syrup maker is very intensive. Procedures have to be observed, as peoples health can be put at risk if mistakes, or lapses of judgement are made. Attention to detail is paramount. Learning to work along side others is important, because at any stage of the process, you may unexpectedly may have to attend to other duties, so effective communication is needed to avoid loss of time, money, and productivity. Management type was fluid with each department running independently,  My own supervisor was very proactive, allowing us to work autonomously well maintaining very tight communication updates. workplace culture within the scope of the team I was involved in was very harmonious, and we all worked together in a very effective manor. The hardest, but best part of the job was both the learning and implementation of new systems. There was always something new to learn.

Typical day is to process credit applications statewide within a 24 hour turn around along with general administration tasks.  I have grown in the role and have taught others to do my job as well.  My co-workers are easy going people who I can relate and work well with.  The hardest part of the job when it is extremely busy is to process all the credit applications as I only work part-time but other than that I nearly always meet my deadlines.  I enjoy my job and believe I do it well as I pay particular attention to detail and have high standards when it comes to work ethic.

After they made more than 160 people redundant the company expected all of the employees that where left to do 3 jobs and get paid for 1.
Management did not promote people who deserved it but people who they were buddy buddy with.
Work place was a bad environment with back stabbing and lying happening all the time to keep their jobs.
Hardest part was watching all of the good customers get let down from the workers lies and incompetence.
I mostly enjoyed helping customers turn their businesses into profitable gold mines helping them display and promote properly.

A typical day of work is extremely long, and with little control over your own work. Unsupportive and strangely hostile management and HR team. Highly political workplace; other teams try to undermine and there are a lot of power plays. Unfriendly people. Don't expect to complete any projects, complete anything meaningful or log off at a reasonable time.

my typical day at work was always demanding but fun. There was not much that they could teach me as I pretty much knew what I needed to do to complete my given task. The hardest part of my job was getting my supervisor to show me hoe to use the system they had in place. Although i did enjoy most aspects of the warehouse environment, what let me down was how they would not let me advance in my role. 
  I always got along with my co-workers and it was always a pleasure working next to them, wether it was with the pick and pack crew or out in the yard.

* When Schweppes was owned by Cadbury the company paid very good incentives and was able to offer employees pay rises each year.
* When the company was taken over by Asahi Beverages, the incentives dramatically decreased and pay rises were extremely hard to obtain
*This office was micro managed by the last manager hired. She would be so brash as to question why people were 1 second late. 
* The company is slowly restructuring and relocating appropriate staff to Cebu.

Working at Schweppes Australia has been fun. The people are nice and they help out when necessary.
Everyday is a different day in schweppes,because you learn new things everyday. Communication is a great asset with the staffs and the management are readily available to give advise on issues concerning the daily production.
The most difficult part of the job is issues arising from the breakdown of machines, or quality problem, the sweetest part of the job is solving such issues arising from the daily production.

Good wage, plenty of work, no room for succession or advancement. No appreciation for work produced at a high level. Fellow employees are ok to work with, but more often then not lazy people come into employment and are succeeded into higher roles through personal interactions with senior staff or supervisors, this is viewed by this organisation as having higher significance over work performance and attendance.
