most of the time i would cut carpet into strips or glue them onto the pool to prevent the pools from scratching each other when stacked together

other duties involved disposing of empty catalyst containers(a highly flammable chemical used in making the pools)
i would put resin into the bottle allowing the chemical to set off and then add water to stop it from bursting into flames. after a day the  containers will be safe to dispose of in the rubbish

during my final 3 months at aquas we started a moving process from welshpool to jandakot. this involved a lot of cleaning and other duties like painting racks, disassembling machinery and moving heavy items around and loading them onto trucks

Management direction can be inconsistent at time but that is what comes with a direct sales driven business model.

I have worked with ALT for 4 and a half years. During this time they have been extremely flexible with working hours and days due to my family commitments. 

I had to leave due to day care costs but most people that leave come back.

A lovely group of people to work for and with. a mixture of fast pace during warmer weather and a more relaxed pace during the colder months. Management were helpful and very easy to approach. I really enjoyed working for this company.

this is a very friendly and efficient company. always good quality work in all devisions. i was in the hardscaping department which involved formwork, concrete work, brickwork, tiling, laying pavers and headers etc.

Family company with experienced managers and great company culture.
Good honest people, uniform provided. Always someone to help you if you need help.

Fun to work with colleagues no pressure you can work overtime, time  is so fast to work with this company. Saturday is open to work at this moment but optional. 

Hard working all day on shovel, keeps you fit plus traveling to different locations 2-3 times a day meeting new people(customers)keeps it interesting. 

Good place to learn many facets of business . Opportunity to get promotion in most areas. Growing interstate and nationally , might see good opportunities in future , very good product
