In my review of my previous job, I would like to highlight several areas that impacted the overall work environment. Firstly, there was a noticeable lack of effective communication within the organization. This hindered the flow of information and collaboration among team members, ultimately affecting productivity and efficiency.

Additionally, team politics and toxicity were prevalent issues that negatively influenced the workplace dynamics. These factors created an unhealthy and unproductive atmosphere, which hindered teamwork and individual growth. In particular from the Scheduling Team.

Furthermore, the lack of adequate training opportunities was a significant drawback. Insufficient training programs limited employees' ability to acquire new skills and perform their tasks effectively, which ultimately impacted job satisfaction and overall performance.

Lastly, the overall workplace culture was predominantly negative, which contributed to the highest turnover of staff I have ever witnessed in a business. This high turnover rate not only disrupted continuity but also affected team morale and productivity.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The only great thing is the Salary sacrifice 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management does not have any idea about treating staff members right, friendship with top and middle managers is the key. It doesn’t matter if you are a great worker the top managers and very old staff makes the place toxic and unfair to work and do the job well. Forgetting the most important thing the Residents that needs to be looked after.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Top manager is a toxic person and on the head office every thing is run is way and he has requested to only employee women. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Trying to deal with old staff that continue to work like 10-15 years ago the age care has changed drastically since then but they not doing anything to fix this problem, because they are old friends working there.

The residents and family are beautiful. Head management are absolutely unprofessional and to be honest embarrassing. What CEO and head of “HR” micro manages everything. It’s all about numbers and not residents. It was the worst experience. Majority of the staff are there for the residents as that’s why we are in that profession but we were treated with disrespect and never supported and asked to do double shifts when we were exhausted. And dare comment you have to go home to family!! Meanwhile where’s management? I wouldn’t recommend working there and I wouldn’t recommend having a family member live there. 

The residents and families are great. My work place is nearby by public transport either bus or train. The lifestyle's team is wonderful. They are looking after the clients with variety of activities. AIN, they work hard. They are super!.
Hospitality team,,, You're AMAZING! The company should give a little bit more attention to them. 
Some of the furniture in facility are old! And suppose to change.


CEO micro-manages EVERYTHING and a nightmare. Always understaffed, esp PM and night shift. CNM didnt care about the staff and unsuportive. Nowhere to go for advice. No home/work life balance. You are expected to take on the work load of 4 people. Overworked, under appreciated. Head cook is an aggressive know it all. Majority of the good dedicated staff quit because of unreasonable working conditions

The work culture was amazing……

Client challenging behaviours.

Good…. I would higly recommend this company.

It can be busy but not stressful…….

The company was unorganised 
Change of command was unresponsive 
Pay rate poor
Communication from team leader was rude to say the least
Team meeting were a joke 
The company send out memos and the office staff say something else

the worst place I have worked at CEO is very creepy and micro manages everything. the whole workplace is very toxic overall. The hardest part of the job is when the staff is doing activity with dementia residents and CEO calls the staff and asked them to do something "useful"

Best team work I have seen so far 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
This was the best place to work.  You would like to come back to work. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Team supporting each other all the times.

Bad work culture. 
Stressful and back breaking to do the tasks and complete the tasks. 
If you have tattooes, then you will be watched.
No support from management and rudeness.
No time to do medication and no help from senior staff.
They want to get rid of you before probation is over.
