Floors are not suitable for operating those forklifts. Too much noise from machines and the forklifts are noisy due to loose parts) forklifts constantly breaks down
 (jams during operation, steering not stable, charging cables heating beyond normal, forks are not level/balanced, batteries drain quicker than it should and stop moving on on random occasions)
Shuttles keeps turning of mid delivery of the pallets and the batteries are mostly damaged 
unfair work/Manipulation/nepotism: a handfull of people does most of the jobs without recognition yet at their ceremonies people who get recognition are the ones you barely see them around...
I had some negative and unfair experiences there yet thanks to a few good men who will keep you going..





What is the best part of working at the company?
Very organised explain what you need to do and show you. Good team management people,  easy to talk to about concerns. Great to work for

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Organisation team worker's, make sure things get done.  How clean the factory is an being able to find where we had to go.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Excellent  clean, organised, great team work

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Clock on go to section to put uniform on, head to area of work.  Get to position at station your assigned to on assembly line pack products. Wash hands before and after each break / shift.  Clock off go home

A typical day at work will have me signing-in to register my attendance to work and report to my supervisor to take instruction for the day's work with him.
Everyday has its task, even though of the work is pretty repetitive. I always work to ensure that bulk of my duties are completed before the one hour break period. This way, I am certain to complete whatever task I am assigned to deliver everyday.
at the end of work each day, I ensure to report my supervisor about tasks completed, any observations during work, ensure my workplace is cleared appropriately, etc.I then proceed with sing-out formalities.

They cancel your shift at the last movement and they don’t value other peoples time. For example my shift starts at 3:30pm, they cancel my shift at 2:40 pm. And this happens every quite often. If you work here you will not know if you’re working today or not. Moreover if you do afternoon shift(3:30pm-11:30pm) then its hard for you to go home because there’s no public transport after 11:00pm, no bus,no train ,nothing. I suggest not to work here. They didn’t even gave me a locker where I can put my working boots and because of that my boots got stolen 2 times. 

Good place to work if you're looking for a boring job but can become stressful very quickly if even just 1 person falls behind on the line. My only issue is that the team leaders very often forget to rotate you every 30 minutes like they are meant to from one place to another, quite often we would get stuck in a very physically taxing spot on the line for hours before being rotated with the rest of the group. Pure laziness from team leaders is my only issue.

I love the floor staff, too many changes in management too often. Unstable safety culture due to being profit driven. A lot of talk but very little training or advancement opportunities internally. Revolving door with senior leadership team lasting in average 18months. Poor morale as there is a divide between management and operators. 

if you are from a different background, no chance to step up and always will be in the same position. 
They don't pay night shift rates and expect cancelation anytime. 
Always force to work harder and with not enough workers. 
Not enough break for casual stuff and there is differences between causal and permanent staff. Always treated differently. 

It’s a bakery where I use to work as a packer and it’s like a factory hand I was doing RF SCANNING. And packaging of food products which is cakes, muffin, pastry, donuts and so on. I had been packing all the stuff with the machine operations even doing palletising and labeling pallets and keeping all stuff in freezer so it can be delivered to coles Woolworth and Aldi. After all that when finishing  everything need to do all paperwork for it

Start machinery check output check faulty(not broken fully some part no working eg.Not grinding) conveyor (some part)not running or noise wheat separator outlet chock or full.Flour not purity find out why report  and fit (which sifter which section hole or wrong flow.Check extrusion check quantity and quality (we got more than 10 sifter and 70 more sector) busy all day sometime no time for break

The hardest job is making everyone happy
 The most enjoyable part of the job is rewarding as we fill supermarket and bakeries with Superior bakery goods.
