I found working for this company to be completely unprofessional. The treatment of staff by the owner and management is unacceptable and not aligned with fair work policies. The office is often understaffed, putting immense pressure on employees, and the pay is minimal. Additionally, they assign shifts that contradict your preferences discussed during the interview and have no regard for their staff. Call centre Management needs training in people skills and is constantly berating other team leaders and accounts and management behind their backs to other staff which is creating a very poor work culture.

If you have an issue and ask to speak to management, they advise they always have someone else present as a witness. This is fine, but the employee should be asked who they wish to have present as the witness should be exactly that, a witness. Not speaking and justifying poor actions. I can't believe noone has taken this company to fair work yet. Maree is appalling.

The other staff members are the most enjoyable part of working for Agas National. Management are highly toxic and the expectations are unrealistic. They have a do it or I can replace you easily attitude. This toxicity runs all the way from the owner/director to the everyday management team. If a corner can be cut it will be. The bottom level staff are worked to exhaustion while management do the bare minimum. Staff are taken advantage of and paid the bare minimum to not have to pay any extra benefits to them. Watch out before signing up to work for this company. 

I chose to work here around 3 years ago and love every day of it, starting from the ground i am now in management, a very respected team manager. I work here because I want to and not because I have to, the support I have been given is fantastic, everyone here are like family to me, the hardest part of my job is leaving at the end of the day, although the best part is walking in seeing all the happy faces and being greeted as I walk in. 

Terrible place to work. The owner doesnt care about his staff at all. Never gives any praise. Is too focused on himself and his stupid racing.
They promise you the world at job interviews but never do anything. Theres no career advancement.  No rewards.
They dont care about loyalty 
Flat hourly rate. No time and half etc for any hours above 38hrs a week. 
Very high turnover of staff. Most new staff leave after a few weeks. 

everyone is hardworking and work to look after each customer, where other companies give up these guys always try the hardest. some days can be long but you get to go home early on the quiet days and still get paid.

Fantastic work environment, hardworking, great customer service.  Highly recommend working here. The staff are considerate and very supportive! Know how to have a laugh but get back to work! Overall, a very positive experience! 

The 2 fools that run this company will bleed the life out of you and back stab you at the drop of hat.
The turnover of staff is massive the management seem to only care about there car racing then the staffs work life balance.
I left this company on my own accord after witnessing the owner making fun of staff who work hard

Too competitive and only concerned about what money is coming in rather than about staff well being. No work/life balance due to being expected to work from home outside of hours and not be paid for it.

This company is a sausage machine. Narcissistic management team. Unreasonable deadlines and micro managing behaviour.  Very low paying work. No respect or regard for staff.  Nothing to recommend them.


Very fun place to work and good people to be around. Very respectful and happy to help and accommodate as best as possible. Management are always there for you if anything is needed
