When I first started there were 2 wonderful people who owned the company and who treated me as part of there family. Unfortunately as the company grew and many more people came on board an the owners let  a young person take control. The company changed and life and people became numbers only loosing the care factor for everyone who had dealings in one way or another.

I worked 4 days a week . The time was early start which I loved and sometimes I worked with my wife too . Job satisfaction was excellent. Worked at best & less and I always went on time got training first 3 days all products given for cleaning . Supervisor came and checked my work . Both parties were satisfied with the job. When I do the cleaning I made sure to do to the best possible

Great Company to work for, very friendly,cultural awareness,good association with clients and Staff.Managers are Fantastic and always willing to rectify any problems that may arise, keeping in touch is a must as I live in a Rural Town.Would Highly recommend Academy Services to anyone looking for work in this field of  services.

Conflict resolution and excellent oral and verbal communication is required to succeed.  A difficult industry however a person with the right skills and a passion to excel with customer relations and staff management will find very rewarding.

it was a pretty good place to work lots of interesting things to see I learned a lot about time management the co-workers were good to work with the hardest part I reckon was the removal of bins navigating through the people was quite difficult the most enjoyable part was lots of nice events.

good company overall uniform supplied shirts only site managers are supportive and understanding if an issue arises look after the welfare of employees cleaners are required to uphold company health and safety measures good client base feel secure

Hard Work, Great Coworkers, Management is average, Don't expect recognition. Expanding too quickly and prioritizing franchise over employees,  if your not a franchise they probably wont employee you.

Barossa Valley good pay rate.Area manager seriously lacks skills and knowledge of area, unless you crawl to her like two women employee's do in  nuriootpa you will get no were no advancement prospects.

A high presenting company with a can do attitude focused on providein  a  top quality service to clients with fully trained staff in all fields of cleaning.

Just need more work, not enough hours.

a typical day would including showing up 10 minutes before going in sweep the ground floor then mop it. clean the glass/mirrors. then do dishes clean toilets basins, vacuum.
