On a normal day, the boat runs few cruises around Sydney Harbor. I have learned a lot on communication and management skills in this company. I have also managed to grasp the importance of attention to details while performing my job. During service, each and every staff have to work hard as we are a cruise and we are tied to schedules. The hardest part of the job would be during restaurant turnover between cruises. and the most enjoyable part of the job is to meet a lot of people around the world

Learned to work as a team and provide positive experiences for guests who in the main were tourists to Sydney at the time of VIVID Festival.
I enjoyed working as a team member, preparing the boat for cruise and greeting and providing a happy and safe journey for guests.

Th people are good and the cruise is always make me happy to work there

Time pressure. Especially on busy time

Work together amd help each other

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Always busy every single night

Busy and Fast Pased, but fun and rewarding at the same time.  The view never gets old and the team are amazing.  The bonus is working NYE and being on a charter boat 300ft from Sydney Harbour Bridge for the NYE fireworks

It was really fun working for this company almost 2 years. I was able to develop my skill, ability, communication capability, and overall customer service capability. Management was helpful, cooperative and suggestive all the time.

Small, but diverse private company with possibilities to learn. 
Often restructures require employees to be flexible. 
Working hours depend on your position, but the office hours are usually from 9 am to 6 pm

The chef and the kitchen staff are very helpful, they willing to teach you how to prepare food and work efficiently. They wanted you to become more competent in doing your work.

Restaurant, company, people, food, everything are good!
If that's possible I would like to keep working there as I can.
There's wonderful nothing I can cons.
