Must half self confidence and working on group. Respect the work and follow the company norms .

Stay calm and work on group. Don’t stress yourself and have problem with other on team 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Friendly environment and cooperative to each other. On related to culture every one respect and pray each other culture. That’s why I love working but I have to depart as I moved to interstate.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I usually worked  night shift which is the best shift.

This is the worst company to work. Zero bonuses, no increase. In 2017 kevin toland (ceo) took 4.1M euro motivational bonus, and for production employees is 100 euro on christmas and chocolate egg on easter. There is no respect for the employee, people from production are treated as people of the second category. Work for nights and weekends without any additives. Supervisor has no concept about its work, it is used by people, and this is no concept about its work. It is same with managers, they are people who begin as cleaners and after 10 years become managers without any qualification. Avoid this place from afar. This is the worst company in the world.

Constantly worrying about job security and trying to meet there unbelievable dead lines

Absolutely totally toxic nobody is happy

Start 3am finish 11am always felt guilty about taking breaks

Lots of paid break's , 12h shifts

When it's busy, it really busy

Average, so many people came and go that's nobody's look after new ones

You get your position on production line and you're waiting till someone release you on break

The job was good an challenging at times but the new manager was an is conniving selfish piece of person he brought in a toxic poise to the team an always talked about the drivers behind their back, ripped us off with hours an pay, an when questioned your now excluded from meetings with the team an on a need to know basis, there's more but nit enough room, but the place is better without him!

supervisors at night shifts frozen sites call you names make fun of you and if you go to managements they’ll lie tell you we’ll investigate and won’t really do anything you’ll be in the wrong somehow they don’t really care if you get harassed or abused as long as they get the job done had the worst experience since 11 years of working !

Over my 12 years I have found a great place for work and life balance, there’s only selection of management who really know how to treat people fair ,as the others are still developing,
The business on a hole was a enjoyable experience.

Great Pay, great environment, challenging sections of management. close to public transport, strong company. good work ethics. good working hours. safe place to work.

Work here for 2 years and my manager was a complete micro manager and had no clue on what they were doing. No managerial skills. The team were the best part of the job

Managers don’t care about health and safety of workers, just pretend to, as to avoid any bad rep on their name. They don’t train you most of the time just put you places and expect you to keep up and know what to do.
