The salary is far above the minimum wage and the head office strive to continuously improve the staff experience. 

In this current role, I have not faced any challenges that my manager, supervisors and colleagues have not helped me overcome. The Team at ACESGroup have provided me with continuous support and are consistently encouraging me to pursue my goals both professional and personal 

I would Rate ACES to be a very Organised and Reputable Organisation good place to work but all casual shift the good thing is that they have a roaster which you can click and confirm your shifts. Good during music festivals & easter shows .Co-workers are friendly and nice to work with some supervisors are strict though .The hardest part of the job is 12 hour shifts but managable the break times you have to wait long enough to get one The enjoyable part of the job you get to see many events like the cricket ,Footy, Concerts and so on for free while you get paid they are not bad pay masters at all they always pay their employees on Right time say if you worked on Sunday by Wednesday your pay is in that the good thing .

As an administrator for Affirm Training, I assist with course management and liaise with students. I have acquired a wide range of skills, both role-specific and transferrable, such as learning new software and improving my people skills.
I am also currently a uni student, and management has been supportive in my dual roles, and have allowed me to be flexible in my position.
The hardest part of this job is prioritising tasks. There are busy times, and it is important to know which tasks need to be completed first.
The best parts of this job are the work culture and busy times. I enjoy the challenge of sorting through scanning while collaborating with various team members.

First they advertising jobs titles to bring ppl for interviews but they hire them in different roles 
Second they don't have enough shifts and high risk of cancellation each shift
Third Not respectful your time and they keep calling u at very early morning or late night even u informed in advance u are not available 
Forth and very important u are not welcome as a new person in the company and all shifts going to their team, then why they are keep hiring? Because high turn over staff
Over all they are scamming u and not recommend at all to work with them

Very good company looking after the employees need all the time 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Some times clients in-house security officers do not cooperate with the staff 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very good environment and culture around all the venues 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Not really any typical day I experience in  my 2 years of service

ACES looks after some of the most exciting events across Sydney including New Year's Eve, VIVID and the Easter Show. We also look after many stadiums which really appeals to me as I can be part of the action when my beloved Swans are playing.
Its a great company to work for as you can get heaps of free training with Affirm Training, I've got qualifications now and I'm working my way up.

I worked as a security Officer for ACES about eight months. Worked during several events, Rugby/ football matches, enjoyed working during Ashes test matches, worked several days in Sydney Olympic park, worked in Circular Quay so forth. Very satisfied working with them. For my relocation, bound to discontinue the same. I wish I could work further for this reputed company.

Management is super supportive, and are very flexible and understanding of my other commitments.
