From day one, I felt supported by the management team. The training provided is top-notch, giving you the tools to understand each student's unique learning style and how to tailor your approach accordingly. The resources they provide are incredibly helpful, and there's always someone available to offer guidance or advice when needed.

What I love most about this role is the impact you get to see firsthand. Watching a student go from struggling and unsure to confident and thriving is such a rewarding feeling. A Team Tuition doesn’t just focus on academic results—they focus on building students' self-belief and resilience, which makes the experience even more meaningful.

Great experience. Working at A Team Tuition offers a flexible and supportive environment, making it a great choice for those looking for part-time or remote work. The company allows tutors to set their own hours and choose their workload, which provides a good balance for those with other commitments. Pay is competitive, and there's access to helpful training and resources, along with a diverse range of students to work with. However, the job can be unpredictable at times, as the availability of students may vary, and tutors must be self-disciplined in managing their schedules and lesson prep. While there’s limited opportunity for career advancement within the company, it remains a solid option for those seeking flexible tutoring work in a positive, collaborative setting.

I have worked for A-Team for 9 months, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. As a university student, it is often hard to find a casual job that can fit around the uni schedule but I've found working at A-Team to be both flexible and independent. The work is fulfilling and its amazing to see the positive impact it has on student's lives. I really feel that I've made a difference through my work.

Working at A-Team is different to other tutoring jobs. I am supported every step of the way, with a friendly admin team, plenty of educational resources, and thorough introductory training.

Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better job during university. The support, flexibility, and sense of purpose I’ve found at A-Team make it an excellent place to work.

The A Team team is a pleasure to work with. They have been very understanding of my situation as a new mother and have been very accommodating with any changes that may arise during the day. Work-life balance is also important in the office, as it allows us to work from home on certain days. It's a small office so we are quite a close-knit group. Engagement among the different departments could certainly be improved, adding fun events on a quarterly basis would be good. Overall, it's a great place to work and have no complaints so far. 

I have been working as A Team Tuition’s School Program Convenor for MLC for over a year, and have thoroughly enjoyed every moment. This role has given me the invaluable opportunity to work with young women on improving not only their grades, but also their confidence and motivation to learn. 

The level of support provided by A Team’s management has made my job so much easier and allowed me to focus on investing time and energy into my students. I could not recommend A Team Tuition more highly  to anyone looking for a job where they are supported in making a positive and lasting difference in young people’s lives. 

At A Team you work with incredibly passionate and warm people. It is clear that you are all working towards the same goals each day and collaborate on all decisions within the team. Due to the intense growth the company has faced it can be stressful and high-paced which can be challenging but incredibly rewarding!  

The work can be scarce at some parts of the year (e.g., minimal work over holidays and need Christmas casual position elsewhere over Christmas holidays). This is to be expected, though. Furthermore, sometimes I did not receive many students for the term (e.g.,3-4) due to not having a high demand in my area. It is super rewarding though, and the company cares about you and is willing to answer questions. 

A Team has a great team culture, offering flexibility and opportunities to grow in my role. Supporting our families in providing them with the right Tutor for the needs of their child and watching them progress through their education journey. 

Working at A Team Tuition is highly rewarding. My position is flexible, with the option to work from home and choose when work is completed according to deadlines. The culture is so strong and every single person has the mission at heart. the best part of the job is the people and the students we are helping every day. 

The work culture at A Team Tuition is really enjoyable and supportive. The management team is super understanding and is invested in getting to learn more about you and value your opinion and experience towards evolving the business. The working hours are really flexible and you can work from home 2 days a week.
