Job Description

As an OSHC Permanent Educator, you’ll work in the Landsdale area, where you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful, ongoing relationships with children, families, your team, and the wider school community.

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of engaging before and after school care programs for primary school-aged children. No previous OSHC experience or formal qualification is required - we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with children, is reliable, and is excited to learn and grow in the role.

From time to time, you may also have the opportunity to support nearby services across the region when additional support is needed.

Weekly shifts and hours:
This is a permanent part-time role offering 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across before and after school care shifts during term time.

Programs and shift times:

Rise then Shine (before school care): Monday to Friday, 6:30am–8:45am
Stay and Play (after school care): Monday to Friday, 2:45pm–6:00pm

Qualifications

A genuine passion for working with children.
A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role
Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
State working-with-children check.
Australian working rights.
National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
