About the Role
A well-established organisation with offices in the Hills area is seeking an experienced EUC / Endpoint Engineer and O365 Administrator to join their ICT team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This hands-on role combines endpoint engineering, Microsoft 365 administration and Level 2 support, with a strong focus on Intune and device management projects. You will play a key role in delivering Phase 2 of a Microsoft Intune rollout and supporting a large-scale laptops deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support across Windows 10/11 and endpoint environments
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune, autopilot, Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and automation workflows
- Provide administration and support across Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO) environments
- Perform application packaging, deployment and lifecycle management using SCCM and Intune
- Contribute to Phase 2 Intune rollout activities including policy development, deployment and optimisation
- Work collaboratively with the ICT team to support day-to-day operations and project delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates
- Assist with escalations and shared support responsibilities during peak periods
About You
You are a practical, delivery-focused engineer who is comfortable balancing BAU support with project-based work in a fast-paced environment.
You will bring:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (MDM)
- Experience with SCCM including application packaging, deployment and updates
- Solid Windows 10/11 Level 2 troubleshooting experience
- Experience working within managed SOE environments
- Good experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 administration
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Experience with AI and Power Apps development highly regarded
- Previous experience working in the Education industry a plus
- Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle
