HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
You will……….
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based occupational therapy/ mental health care, applying contemporary practice and local service knowledge to support consumers, carers, and the broader multidisciplinary team.
- Manage a complex and varied caseload with increasing autonomy, applying clinical judgement and evidence-based practice to assessment, intervention, health promotion and early intervention activities.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and with external partners to provide coordinated, culturally safe care, particularly for rural, Aboriginal and diverse communities.
- Contribute to clinical leadership, supervision and workforce development by supporting junior staff, allied health assistants and students, while actively engaging in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
Support service quality and sustainability through effective documentation, data reporting, and participation in continuous improvement activities.
