RACC Education and Migration Services have more than 15 years of experience in helping clients to apply for courses and different types of visas in Australia. Our counsellors come from different nationalities, so we are quite multicultural and have a family-type company culture. Our mission is to help people by giving genuine advice. Our values are integrity, honesty, respect, loyalty, and caring.

Preferably have at least 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Have experience planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and paid advertising platforms.
Experience using marketing analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, digital platforms, email marketing, and other relevant media.
Create, manage, and publish engaging marketing content to strengthen the company's brand presence and generate leads.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful implementation of marketing activities and campaigns.
Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, including engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI), and recommend improvements.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business growth.
Support the development of marketing materials, promotional assets, and company communications.
Assist in organizing marketing events, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
Maintain consistency of the company's branding across all marketing channels.

We expect you to work predominantly from our Melbourne CBD office.

Ability to commute/relocate : Melbourne, Vic 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
