Full Job Description

Summary:

As an Export & Accounts Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing accounts receivable functions and export documentation processes. Your attention to detail, organisational capability, and understanding of export compliance and financial processes will contribute to the efficient operation of AFS’s finance and export activities.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review AP / AR including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations and export documentation.
Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and documentation for audit purposes.
Assist in resolving discrepancies and customer queries related to accounts receivable.
Generate reports on accounts receivable status and export documentation for management review.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable processing.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
