NIK Finance is an AI-powered loan marketplace with a panel of 130+ lenders covering home loans, car loans, personal loans and business loans. We make finance fast and simple for clients, and we're growing.

We're looking for someone young, hungry and driven to get out there and bring in business. If you back yourself, love talking to people, and want to build a real career in finance, read on.

What you'll be doing

Generating your own leads and opportunities across home loans, car loans, personal loans and business loans
Building relationships with clients, referral partners and local networks
Following up enquiries and converting them into settled deals
Working alongside an experienced broker who'll show you the ropes

Who we're looking for

A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do
Great with people and not afraid to pick up the phone
Hungry to earn and willing to put in the work
Finance or sales experience is a bonus, but attitude matters more
Existing broker accreditation is a plus, but not essential. We'll train the right person.
