Full Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Document Controller to support the delivery of major infrastructure and construction projects within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution across all project stakeholders.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and prior experience working within construction, infrastructure, or data centre projects. Experience using Procore is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all project documentation in accordance with company and client requirements
Control incoming and outgoing documentation, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, reports, permits, and correspondence
Ensure all project documents are accurately filed, tracked, updated, and distributed to relevant stakeholders
Maintain document registers and revision control systems
Upload, distribute, and manage documents within Procore and other document management systems
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure documentation compliance
Monitor document workflows and ensure deadlines for submissions and approvals are met
Assist with quality assurance documentation and project close-out documentation
Support project teams with administrative and reporting requirements
Ensure confidentiality and security of all project documentation

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Document Controller within construction, infrastructure, utilities, or data centre projects
Mandatory experience using Procore
Strong understanding of document control processes and revision management
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Experience working on Tier 1 or large-scale projects is highly regarded
Knowledge of quality management systems and project compliance documentation is advantageous
