Full Job Description

Multiple Positions Now Available for the Right Applicants.

– Potentially earn over $5800.00 per swing

– Multiple positions available

– FIFO (Fly in and Fly out)

– Available Rosters: 2 Weeks on 2 Weeks off or 2 Weeks on 1 Week off

– 12 hour shifts (1 week of day shifts followed by 1 week of night)

– Must have a drivers licence (Manual or Auto)

– Ideally is comfortable using computers

– Training provided to successful applicants

– Extra shifts available for those who wish work on their weeks off (Inline with NPB Security’s Fatigue Management Policy).

NPB Security Australia are currently seeking the services of multiple Security Officers to fill vacancies in our rural client site portfolio.

These sites are from multiple industries including: Construction, Mining and Hospital.

Duties include:
– Access control / gatehouse duties
– Camp patrolling duties
– Overseeing the rapid antigen testing process

Have prior experience or the correct attitude to learn.
Familiar with using a smart phone and computers.
Possess a very high level of professionalism.

Be highly motivated

Have exceptional communication skills (Written + Verbal)
Possess excellent reporting skills.
Maintain the respect and cohesion of a team at all times.
Work with site management.
Prepared to work at night and on weekends if required.

DURING COVID, OUR APPLICATION PROCESS WILL BE 100% ONLINE. THERE WILL BE NO PHYSICAL INTERVIEWS

REQUIREMENTS:

Current WA Security paper licence
Valid Applied First Aid Certificate
White Card (Not necessary on all sites but ideal)
A Smart Phone
