Full Job Description

Join Our Culinary Team at The Restaurant Pendolino

We are currently on the lookout for skilled and passionate chefs and cooks to join our dynamic kitchen brigade on a casual basis, with shifts available Monday through Saturday (we are closed Sundays and public holidays).

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in high-quality restaurant environments
A genuine passion for cooking and the culinary craft
Knowledge of Italian cuisine is highly regarded
Ability to follow standard recipes, food safety protocols, and OH&S procedures
Strong attention to quality, consistency, and presentation
A collaborative mindset – able to take direction and work effectively as part of a team
